Minimal effort required for installation.

Simple setup and operation right out of the box.

This works beautifully. It is easier to load than a top load. If I have the hot water button on it gives a nice hot cup but the cold side is cold when I want cold water just not as cold as it is with the hot water switch off. I just leave the hot water switch off until I need hot water.

Bottom load water cooler.

I bought this for my Husband a few months ago for his Birthday present, he absolutely loves it and uses it everyday, the hot water is hot and the cold water is cold, it's a great height and I love the fact that the top is flat, the dispenser is silent and it doesn't take up a lot of space.  The set up was super easy, simply took it out of box, opened the door at the bottom, set the water inside, put the hose thing that sucks up the water inside the jug, plugged it in then waited a hour for the hot water to heat up and the cold water to get  cold.

No assembly required

[Employee of walmartcanada] Product work well, quiet, no noise. Water is cold. Not using the hot side, it is off. A nice addition would be a water level meter. Bottom load is a godsend for the back, but you can't see how much water is left. A water level meter would be 5 stars.

Works well

Well made and very easy to set up. Hot water gets very hot within 12-14 minutes, and within 30-40 mins the cold water was icy cold. Makes a little more noise than I was expecting, so only giving it 4 stars. If it was a tad more quiet, it would be five.

Good value water dispenser

4/5, there is not light on the unit.  So to pour water at night, you must turn on the lights in house. Cut corners too tight, in my opinion.  1 led would have made a world of difference.
For the rest, bottom bottle compartment, the refrigeration and heating, all get 5/5.  It's that darn led light that bugs me.

Basic

Not impressed at all with this water cooler. 
Cold water is more like cool water. Not cold as it should be. Also it's quite loud and there is no light if you want to pour in dim lighting so need lights on to see it. Would not recommend this at all. I miss my old water dispenser :(

Room temp water

not happy this be the third  time driving hour and half to return this water cooler ,now it costing me money back and forth plus Walmart should look at there product better before putting it out went i come in on Thursday i like to speak with store manger about this please

After a few days, my water started to taste the chemical. I put a new bottle that tasted normal and same result. REALLY DEAD. I threw two 18Ls. After a few days, my water started to taste like chemicals. I put in a new bottle that felt normal and same result. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I three out two 18L bottles.

Poison - Chemical

Cold water light stayed on and so did the cooling unit, but no cold water. Saw videos on how to replace parts because it's a common occurrence. Returned the cooler instead.

No cold water

I probably got an item that had already been sold before. It came with the silliest defect: the cold water button was not loose and water started dripping nonstop from the moment I installed the water bottle. Disgraceful! I was so looking forward for that water dispenser...
