I f you drink multiple flavors of green tea you need to use a glass teapot. All other types are porous and absorbs the oil of the tea. And this will cause a mixture of tea flavors, not always a good mixture. I chipped my tea pot while cleaning it. I was desperate to find one just as big. I found two other places but their shipping date was 2 weeks after Walmart's date. I actually received the tea pot within 2-3 days instead of a week and a half that I expected. This pot is identical to the one I just broke. The tea pot is perfect for me. I average about 4 pots a day so I get a lot of use from this teapot. Seeing how this is the exact tea pot I broke, I'm expecting several years of satisfied use. The breaking of my old pot was because I dropped something on top of it, other wise it would be going strong for many more years. Walmart also had the lowest price prior to shipping.

I am very happy with my new tepot, only is the tea that I use very fine and it take some time tofilter though but the tea taste very good.
It is easy to clean and gets a lot of comments from the gusta.

Perfect teapot

Bought this to display my blooming tea, but this is the BEST for loose leaf.

Perfect for loose leaf tea, or blooming teas

This pot is the perfect size for a couple of cups of tea for 1. Infuser works well.

Perfect Size for 1

I bought this for flowering tea.  The teapot is very pretty and the handle stays cool.  It is also light and easy to pour. My only complaint is that the lid gets hot.

Glass teapot

When you're only paying 20 bucks for a tea pot, you can't really expect that much. This one is pretty fragile. It feels that way in the hand, but I've had it for a few weeks, and it hasn't broken yet. I do have some slight discoloration of the glass, because I've been making a lot of very dark teas. Sometimes the little grooves that filter the water are hard to clean, but you can get in there with an old toothbrush or something.

Good For the price

Pros: nice looking teapot and it makes a good amount of tea (about 4 cups). The jasmine blooming flower that comes with it is a nice touch. The jasmine blooming flower will not fit the pot unless you fill it to the very top. I wanted it for my jasmine flower teas. It is too tall for it as seen below :(
Cons: lid gets hot

I opened the box and the pot was broken. The glass was too thin and apparently chipped when they packaged it. There is no way this pot could hold a load of boiling water without cracking. The glass is too thin. This is more a decorative than a functional teapot.
