Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME SMALL APPLIANCE This can opener is so easy to use, no effort at all. I actually forget that I don't have to press very hard to open anything. Love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't be duped You would think in today's day and age- can openers s SHOULD be state of the art. As a matter of fact, to make one that is so difficult to use and which performs so poorly, you'd almost have to do it on purpose! To, perhaps get you to buy another? More expensive? I am weak in my right hand. To use this can opener I must start the can with a traditional manual one, then switch to this one to finish. Ridiculous? Yes!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from There are probably better choices It's a bit difficult to use. You can't tell how to line up the can to the machine for cutting. After MUCH practice you'll probably figure it out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk No power. I use to open large cans of dog food. I insert can. The thing cuts the top for half an inch, then stalls, not enough power in it to keep it going to the finish. I re-insert can. Stop start, stop start stop start. It's maddening. Proctor-Silex. I'm going to remember that name. If you can't make a simple can opener workable, how can you be counted on to produce quality anything?
