Great for boots when you can't use a regular wooden shoe stretchers. You have to first expand it a bit, figure out which way to turn the middle, place carefully and snugly after pre-expanding a bit, then rotate the middle with your finger tips. Piece of cake! Got a really good stretch! Worth more than their weight in gold! I have little "bunionettes" so these are a life saver!

Don't waste your money! These absolutely do not work. It's difficult placing them inside the shoe.. and they won't stay put.

They Don't Work!

I get these positioned in my shoes and let go and they slip right out. They are slippery. I also tried them in my roller skate boot which has a suede type of lining and the same thing happens. I don't get how they are supposed to stay in. They are slippery plastic. Taking them back. Other Pro-Foot things are great.

Terrible design that has not changed. The curved pads that exert pressure on the sides of the shoe are smooth, therefore they do not stay where you want the pressure applied. Why they do not texturize the surface, or provide double-sided tape, or some other adjustment, is beyond me. Don't waste your money buying these.
