I am generally unable to get out and get a good work out. This allows me to do it when I have free time some times it's just 20 min. Love the library wish the walking work outs were actually walks they add in more intense workouts more of crossfit. Definitely for those that need to workout but can't get out or to the gym!

I love my new treadmill, but I might not ever buy anything this large from Costco if they are going to deliver it with a freight truck. The treadmill was damaged quite badly, requiring that 3 out of the 4 plastic pieces on the deck be replaced, which I was able to do after they send me the parts. I called Costco even though the paper work that came with the treadmill said not to do that. But when I called Icon fitness, they first wanted me to register the product before they would connect me to customer service, which I thought was b*llsh*t. Why would I register a product that is broken without even knowing if they would replace the parts or not. So that was silly, but the treadmill is great and I am loving running on it.

Great product but came to me damaged

Very pleased with this product. However, when the treadmill arrives be advised it is very heavy in a large box. You should have it moved to the area you plan to use it in and assemble it there. I assembled the unit in my garage and found it to be too heavy and cumbersome to relocate inside the house. I use the treadmill in my garage.

I would buy this product again.

This is a great pro quality treadmill that offers more than what we were hoping for. We needed a good power walking platform for her and a good running and incline hiking platform for him. This treadmill delivered, the incline and speed are perfectly sufficient for hamstring bursting workouts. The unexpected surprise were the pre-loaded workouts. Even without iFit subscription it comes with a large library of very well put together guided workouts of varying types and difficulty that are great fun, motivating and keep even hour long workouts from becoming boring. With the built in touch screen display there is no need to fiddle around with other devices, just get on, select a workout and go. We are both looking forward to get going on this treadmill every day.

Awesome treadmill with great workouts

The proform was pretty straight forward to install. I did most of it by myself. We are enjoying the touch screen and the walking/running videos that are free to use. It is heavy in the box, so you may need two people to move it to the room where you plan to use it.

Great product for a good price

I love the pre-loaded workouts, it's so fun to be lead on runs in exotic locations! There are so many nice things to say about it: the fan, how quickly the speed adjusts, the incline settings, the iPad holder (probably my favorite part). Only things I would change would be a greater range of motion for the screen (I'm 5'5" and it feels like it would be optimal for some one a couple inches taller) but it is viewable and it hasn't taken away from the great workouts; and I would like to be able to adjust the angle of the fan (again, not a deal breaker, I love just having the fan). Overall, it is a fantastic treadmill, I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone!!

Love my treadmill!

The treadmill is really nice. There is plenty of cushion as you run and the transitions between speed and incline are very smooth. My only complaint is I wish there were workouts longer than 30 minutes. I would love 45-60 minute workouts. Other than that, I'm really pleased with the treadmill

Overall Happy

Are use this in between going to the gym my wife walks on it and I run on it it is very comfortable and easy to walk or run on when my wife walks on it it tends to squeak a little bit we are about the same weight 195 I don't know why when she Walks on it the band seems to squeak my wife is 51 and she sometimes hits her foot on the front guard other other than that it's a really good product easy control nice grips

Love it

Seems to work fine, ....... BUT I just want to program in my own exercise. At 2 minutes, change slope and speed, at 4 minutes change slope and speed etc. It cannot be done without subscribing to iFit - which has a monthly charge. I'm not paying a monthly charge for this simple thing.So I have to do it manually, each time. Customer service told me this capability was removed several years ago - I assume so they can get more money via iFit. I do hear some motor thumping noises when I use it but couldn't reproduce it when customer service was on the line - will do so later. Bottom Line: I would recommend it to a friend - BUT with a caveat on not being able to do the simple stuff. That caveat option is not available in the choice given below, so ignore the Bottom Line below.

Overall, quite good - but it can't do the simple stuff

I bought this treadmill a few months ago. Assembly took a few hours with two people but the instructions are decent. I wanted a solid treadmill that could incline and let me jog 3-4 miles regularly, and this one does that. The ifit membership is very expensive and I didn't get it, which only allows me access to the basic functions. This is fine, but the start screen asks you to sign up, which is annoying. Some of the other parts of the software are also not well designed. The touch screen and buttons are responsive, which is great. The built in heart rate monitor is not so good. And I've cut my hand a few times when I've hit the end of the handles on the side. The edge is sharp! All in all, it's not a commercial treadmill, but it's a nice personal one that has all the functions I wanted and is comfortable to run on.

Functional and what I wanted

The speaker grille on the console started to display rust marks. When I contacted tech support they told me that it was unusual for the thing to rust and that it must have had to do with the conditions under which it is used... Ahem, it was used indoors in an air-conditioned house much like my prior proform treadmill which did NOT rust. Anway you guys refused to service the unit or replace the grille. Thanks for nothing.

This product rusted within a year despite using only indoors
