Works well and easy to use. Some people say the UV light doesn't come on but it does (you can't see it while it's being used). When the wheels press down, the vibrating pads and UV light come on.

Most people think the uv doesn't work because they can't see it but ITS UV so our human eyes can't detect it just like with the sun, the uv and heater turn on as soon as the wheels are pressed down on whatever object you use it's actually a really good product a buddy of mine convinced me to buy it and I did also it's really good with pet hair I have a husky and it took a few times to go over considering huskies shed a lot so there's that

terrible suction, my first one came alrdy used with dirt inside it and the filter. probably should have taken it as a sign to just return it. better off using the hose on my vaccum. guess it's just good for uv sanitizing
