Age Group

REACTINE® COMPLETE Sinus + Allergy Extended ReleaseTablets contain an antihistamine and a decongestant for when allergies are accompanied by sinus symptoms. Each dose contains 5 milligrams of cetirizine hydrochloride for relief of allergy symptoms and 120 milligrams of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride for relief of sinus symptoms. This non-drowsy formula quickly helps relieve sneezing; itchy, watery eyes; runny nose; stuffiness; and sinus and nasal congestion. Dosing for adults and children 12 years of age and over is one tablet every 12 hours. For adults 65 years of age and over, and patients with moderate hepatic and/or renal impairment, one tablet once daily is recommended or consult a doctor. This package contains 10 tablets.

This is the best allergy medicine I've found yet. It works within the hour and actually lasts the full 12 hours. This is the only one that actually clears my sinuses. My only wish is that the packages were bigger and not so pricey

This is great allergy and sinus medication. It's nice that you can buy a product that's so great and long lasting over the counter. When my sinuses are really bad the medication really works an quickly. I recommend this Reactine Allergy/Sinus product and I am so happy that there is a product so great!!

Fast Allergy Medication!!

I have been taking Reactine Complete for years. I have had sinus problems and allergies for as long as I can remember and I've tried everything under the sun both prescription and non. This is hands down the best for me. Pet allergies, dust and seasonal and this works. I can feel as soon as it's worn off. It's a 12 hour pill but I feel it's effect tapering off at about 11 hours. Amazing product that has literally saved my quality of life.

The only allergy medicine that works for me

This product is by far the most effective allergy medication I've ever tried. I go from being in so much pain to being able to breathe properly again!  It clears up all the eye irritation, and facial pain, while also getting rid of the sensation of blocked ears! Thank you!

Most Effective Relief

I have been using Reactine for a long time. My family doctor recommended it to me when I developed allergies many years ago. Whenever I have non-stop sneezing I would take a pill and my symptoms immediately improve. It works fast and effectively.
