Autoimmune disease and extreme dry eye syndrome go hand in hand.  These in my case, clear the double vision almost instantly for about 3 hours.   My eye surgeon told me about these and they work better than the gel drops.  My condition is severe and my eyes don't lubricate on their own so I use OTC eye drops under the supervision of my eye doctors.  If you are in the same boat but with different oars these are worth asking your eye doctor about if insurance doesn't cover prescription drops.  It's not a cure but these drops have helped more than any other so far in the trials and errors of finding the right drops to help with the autoimmune mixed connective tissue disease that's causing my extreme and chronic dry eye syndrome.

While on a family vacation, I got something blown into my eye and later on my eye was burning. My daughter opened her bag and fished out a bottle of Refresh, I put one drop in/on my eye, and I could feel it clearing out and calming down those pain receptors1 One more drop, and my eye was definitely REFRESHed, She told me to keep the bottle because she buys these in packages because everyone in the family has their own bottle, When we got home,I made sure to order some REFRESH right away,  It works for eyestrain also - too much paperwork? Refresh your eyes!

Near-instant relief - wonderful product!

I have to use refresh drops a lot. I have to keep my eyes moist because I have macular degeneration one wet and one dry. This is even better deal whenever you have two for one and makes the value so much better. It helps lubricate your eyes and keep them moist and the dry eye makes is very uncomfortable. I will continue to buy a refresh.

I've used Visine for over 20 years, I used to go through bottles of it. When I went to the eye Dr. she strongly recommended Refresh Tears. One of the best decisions I ever made was changing brands. I have severe dry eyes %26 this is as good as a prescription without the side effects. Walmart offers a twin pack not one other retailer can beat their price.

These Refresh Tears eye drops are a lifesaver when my eyes feel dry, itchy, or tired. They work almost instantly and really do feel like natural tears, giving quick relief without any stinging. I like that I can use them as often as I need, and the bottles are easy to carry around. Great for anyone dealing with dryness from screens or allergies!

Relief for Dry, Irritated Eyes

My only complaint is I wish they sold an even smaller bottle because I often don't use the whole thing. I've seen the daily tears you can buy for contacts but those are too small. It would be nice if they had a smaller size of 3 or 4 for the same price so you could put in a handbag or near a work computer.

Great Product, needs better cap

They provide moisture without that annoying stinging. My Thera Tears are great if the irritation is enough to need numbing, so the stinging is unpleasant, but necessary. But sometimes my dry eyes just need a drink. These are great for that. I take meds that dry me out, so I use these daily. Just 1 bottle lasts me a month or more. The equate brand lasts half as long %26 doesn't have the same consistency. More like a rinse while these are viscous, so they satisfy dry eye better %26 longer.

My Fave Eyedrops

I often need eyedrops, especially if I have a lot of screen time, which makes my eyes dry and irritated. I also have a bit of dry eye due to Lasik years ago. I've tried several eye drops over the years, and Refresh is my favorite. My eyes feel more hydrated after using this product. In addition, the bottle is well-designed to deliver eye drops where needed, and it squeezes easily. I have used other drops where it was hard to get the fluid into my eyes, or the bottle was so firm that it was hard to squeeze out the contents.

Provides Excellent Hydration

I went on your site and typed in preservative free eye drops and this item came  up.
I thought they were preservative free which is what was recommended by my  eye doctor.
They weren't, but I did use them. These are alright; but not what I was looking  for.

Good value, but not preservative free.

I purchased this product during the summer. Some allergen was causing my eyes to dry out. My doctor wrote me a script that would have cost me over $100 for a very small bottle. I found this product and stuck with it. The product would sting a bit once I first placed a few drops in each eye, but I'm assuming it wasn't the drops causing the sting, then I felt relief. I'll continue to use Tears.

Great product for the price.

The drops do make your eyes feel lubricated for a few minutes, but didn't last. Many other lubricant drops last much longer. Unfortunately not worth the price.
