I bought this product because it was a good price and it can be used on damp hair. After using it, I think it's amazing. I don't like spending too much time on my hair. I semi dry it and then finish off with the flat iron. It's easy to use, and my hair comes out very sleek and straight without too much effort. After sleeping on my hair, the next day, it is much more straight than it has ever been in the past with other flat irons I have used. My natural hair is very curly and frizzes very easily, but it just seems to stay sleek and straight longer after using this iron.

Flat Iron

I absolutely love this straightner. I have had plenty of straightners in my time and this is just as good for me as my chi was. It is a 2" iron which is great for my long thick hair. the heat settings Are easy and still works very well for wet hair. i would reccomend this to anyone, great product, great price and just as good as any other straightner

GREAT BUY

Fast and easy in store service. The Remington S7230 wet 2 dry is a great value for the price.It is just the right size for longer hair.

Gift for teenager with very curly hair. She states that its the best straightener she has owend yet! Easy to use and I think the quality and look is great for a very good price.

Best hair straightener

I'd say this is a pretty exceptional product. It's not amazing, but its not terrible. I've been using it for about a month and it works pretty well. However, it leaves a unappealing scent on your hair from the heat or plates I guess. I usually straighten my hair in the morning for school and by the end of the day the ends usually get messed up. That could be a result of the humid Florida weather though. Plus my ends never really straighten enough to my liking. This straightener leaves my hair shiny and pretty straight both when wet or dry. The heat settings are a bit confusing for me, but after reading the manual it shouldn't be a big issue. Overall this product is a great buy for the price and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a easy to use flat iron while on a budget. Buy it! (:

Did a lot of research before buying. Found it first on Amazon website for alot more money. Took a chance and searched at Walmart.com. Glad I did, saved money and the flat iron works incredibly for my teenage daughter. We should have had one of these before now! She uses the product with both wet hair and dry, same amazing results. She looks like she just came from a salon.

A must have

Hard to rate quality, I've only had it for a week. So far I like it, it does what it advertised it would do, which is dry my hair while straightening. It also does a good job on my hair when it is already dry, so far, but like i said, it has only been one week.
After I've had it a while to see how well it holds up from daily use I can say whether or not I would recommend it to anyone.

Love the wet to dry concept

I received this product about three weeks from now; so far the product has been great. It heats quick enough, it is easy to handle, and one can get the hair done in no time. The hair ends up with a nice and balanced shine, even when not applying any particular hair protection product.

I find only one "bug" with this flat iron; the handler gets a bit hot and if you are not careful enough (like me), you will feel the heat on your finger (thumb). Nevertheless, for what I paid, so far, this product cannot be any better. As long as you know the basics on how to use a flat iron, you will have no big issues with this flat iron.

Good product so far

I've been looking into getting a wet 2 dry flat iron and this 1 is amazing but it takes some getting used to. It works better on damp/towel dried hair depending on how you use it... I find it works great with a little bit of hair serum and heat protectant spray "I use the Pink Ic Fantasia Straightening Serum and Tresemme Keratin Smooth Heat Protectant spray." My hair is alot of spanish curly/wavy,fine and frizzy type hair. I only had it for a couple weeks and used it Probably twice so I don't really know if it'll last but so far so good. Oh and b4 I forget I use it on #20 Cause i don't want to damage my hair and i only use heat on my hair once every 2-4 weeks or so, to prevent breakage. So far it takes me an hour to straighten my hair with this flat iron from a damp/towel dried state, and my hair is a little past my mid back so that's not to bad. Only reason I give a rating less than 5 is because I don't know how long it will last, but I got it for under 20 bucks so I think I got way beyond my moneys worth, also because sometimes the temp dial switch thingy moves while I'm doing my hair, other than that I'll recommend it because my hair ends up looking like I went to the salon... Just Saying :)

The Bomb Dot Com Flat Iron!

Even after going over an area 3-4 times, could not get smooth results. It was recommended by a friend who raved about it. My daughter's Chi is far superior.

Tried it on dry hair...did not straighten well.
