Ice Cream Maker

An excellent purchase

Use well refrigerated ingredients before beginning and follow instructions for freezing the bowl for successful results.  I made 2 batches of ice cream and it was successful both times.  The bowl requires about 8 hours of freezing time. It takes only 20 minutes to churn 1 litre.  Churning for too long will cause the ice cream to start to melt.  Harden ice cream in freezer before serving, about 2 hours.

I like it a lot. A bit too small but then again we can make many more varieties/flavours.
The paddle seems a little on the fragile side. Should it break, I hope spare parts are easy to obtain

Not enough power. The recipe made with 1 cup of mixture was correct but no more. For 3 cups of mixture the engine stopped working. The mixing arm is made of plastic and it does not reach the bottom of the bowl, so there is always at least 5 mm of mixture that is not mixed. I turned it over.
