Robin Hood Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 83.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great texture!! I am a regular user of the Robin Hood Gluten Free All Purpose Flour Blend. The texture is great, the taste is great and it's very easy to work with!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost like real wheat flour I was really impressed with this gluten free flour. Although it is not as thick as regular flour, the recipes that I tested this flour with exceeded my expectations. The dough/ batter when uncooked was a bit more liquid than with regular flour and had a bit of a starchy taste but once cooked the taste was barely noticeable and actually tasted better. I tested with a cookie and also a pancake recipe comparing with the gluten free and regular white flour [I was recruited to try this product for a reduced price and share my honest review

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Robin Hood Gluten Free I was curious to see if I could tell the difference with this flour and the regular all purpose . It wasn't a huge difference for what I used it for. Taste wise was no different than regular flour. I used this as a thickening agent for homemade beef gravy. I'm going to try making cookies with this and see is I notice any difference then. This is an All Purpose flour blend totally gluten free. The one thing that i love about this is that it comes in a resealable bag. I wish all flours came like this. I will recommend to anyone looking for a gluten free flour. I was recruited to try this product for a reduced price and share my honest review.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I prefer normal flour I tried out Robinhood's Gluten-Free all Purpose Flour blend, as I had been wanting to try a gluten-free flour for awhile. No one in my family is celiac, but I had read about the health benefits of eating gluten-free products, so figured I'd give it a try. My first experience with it was cornbread, which I usually make with a mix of cornflour and whole wheat flour. I used this gluten-free flour instead, and the cornbread turned out okay, but the texture and taste wasn't as great as usual. It didn't rise as much, was more crumbly and not as tasty as it usually is. So I would recommend this for those who have to eat gluten-free, but if not, I would continue using whole wheat flour. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Having tried the Robin Hood original Gluten Free flour I was very pleasantly surprised on how much better this new formulation is. There is no detectable aftertaste and the texture was nice and fine. I made apple crisp with it this time and am pleased with the results. I look forward to trying this in my Christmas baking. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Super disappointed Celiac!! Both myself and my father are Celiac and we cook 90% everything gluten free. So pretty much everyone eats the same diet but the ones who aren't Celiac get there treats at times. It can get very costly. So I was excited to try this because the flour I do use currently is four times the price for the same size. I was so disappointed with the gf flour. Everything was brown which I can live with if the taste is there. I made a roast dinner and Yorkshire pudding and they were flat hockey pucks that had a gritty taste. Ok could be user error so the next morning I tried making pancakes and again no go. Pancakes are a every weekend event so I know I can make them. They were just these dark brown gritty crumbles on a plate. Booooooo!!! 2/5
