Does not tear or get soft when wet.

I bought this Royal Velour 2 ply a month ago and am so disappointed .. it  is totally waste of money.  It disintegrates into pieces and gets stuck to my skin......it is not thick or strong enough even when I use many sheets at a time.
I won't recommend it to anyone
