We bought this about a month ago. Did some minor research on it before buying and read that they made some changes on it. Everyone commented to get the "New Model/Version". The easy way to tell if you are looking at a new version is if it has the scrubber on it. We purchased from the Rubbermaid site and it was delivered in 2 days! I also order 2 extra pads/covers as they are washable and this would allow us to always have a clean one available. One of our dogs slobbers everywhere after drinking and this has been a much better solution than a regular mop. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this item a few weeks ago. Ideal for wood and marquetry seen the umidity control then to be able to put your favorite wood soap with water. Works equally well on other types of flooring. Its small scrub pad when turning the head is ideal for the kitchen. I am very happy with this purchase! (I had a similar model in another brand and wasn’t as solid. I love this one!)

Ideal for wood floors

When my previous mop was clogged, I replaced it with this new Rubbermaid. Immediately I set to work, to give it a try and was delightfully surprised by the latest improvements. The spray area is much larger. The handy pull tab allows for easier removal for washing it. I am very pleased overall!

Everything about my mop is great!

I had one and I broke it. SO CHEAP to use. Shipping took awhile. You buy a extra Reveal mop bottom, use your own refillable bottle and mix your own cleaning solution. I handwash my mop bottom and dry it outside. So I just put the spare on and go. GREAT!!!: :)

easy to use

This is a super mop. I bought an extra microfibre so that I can switch between hardwood and vinyl floors.  I fill the vessel with warm water and 3 tsp of vinegar, works beautifully.

Easy to Use and Does a Great Job “MOP”

As a parent always juggling dishes, toys and hurried clean-ups, this mop has truly simplified my floor-care routine. I love that there's no heavy bucket or wringing — just a quick pull of the trigger and you're ready. The microfiber pad feels thick and effective, picking up dust, spills and even little muddy footprints without leaving streaks. The refillable bottle means I can use my favorite floor cleaner (or just hot water + a bit of solution) instead of being locked into pricey cartridges. On the downside: in tight corners or under furniture it's a bit bulkier than my old microfiber flat mop, so I do lean in a bit more. And after several months of use some users reported spray–mechanism or bottle leakage issues, so I'm keeping an eye on it.  ￼ All in all, for busy households with mixed hard-floors, this mop delivers a fast, relatively low-effort clean — exactly what I need when time's tight.

Great! I can use any soap I want. The pad is washed in the washer. I love the little scraper on top for the more stubborn tasks. Very satisfied.

Cost-effective and efficient

I've had this broom for about a month. It is very well handled except that the mop gets dirty very quickly. It is impossible to make an entire apartment with the same mop. I bought another one (whisper) to enjoy this broom thoroughly.

I love this mop, however, the blue gasket is loosing it's shape causing a good seal from forming. I don't know where to purchase another seal. I have looked at replacement bottles in the stores however, the blue foam gasket does not come with it! I hate to but a whole new mop because of the faulty gasket. anyone have any ideas where ot get one?????
