I am very happy with my phone, but the only thing I can’t do is transfer music from my PC to my phone. I don't know how to do it! If you have an idea, thank you and I love my telepnone. Thank you

It's a great phone just trying to figure out why as soon as I unplug it the battery drops seconds after it is unplugged kinda strange nothing is open I put apps I do t use to sleep and whatever els and the thumb print doesnt work all the time like my old phone lg worked 100% of the time this phone alwyays have to end up outting password in

It took just under 4 weeks to get this phone. So far, I love it. Would I say it was worth the wait, no. It is basically a newer version of what I previously had (20FE). The camera though! The camera is absolutely amazing, especially the zoom on it. I enjoy my S series phones, which is why I gave it the 4 stars. Because it's what I love, but it is also the same old phone with a few upgrades. Not happy though that I can't put my SD card in though. If you're in need of a new phone, it's worth it. If you're just wanting it cause it's new, not really worth it.

Love it, but same old same old.

Not sure if it's Samsungs fault but i lost some material when transferring over from my old S8.  All my playlists from Spotify disappeared and have thus far been unrecoverable.  
The face recognition is quite finicky as well.  Takes several tries to get it to unlock.
The functionality of this phone otherwise is very good.   Excellent camera and great speaker sound.

Great phone other than a few minor quirks

Phone runs fine, almost a perfect phone. Only thing was theamount of damage it must've took from previous owner around the camera bezel in the back.

Would've been higher if phone was not damaged.

I am somewhat happy with my new phone but unhappy that the vibration is not as strong as my previous S10 plus. Samsung recently added the vibration sound for incoming calls so why dont you implement a vibration sound for incoming notifications. I prefer my phone on vibrate and when it is sitting beside me I cannot hear it go off or feel it vibrate in my pocket.

Very Unhappy

Some problems with using wifi in the car for either music or connecting a call. Also the configuration for text message I wish I could put a different sound and it seems to be impossible. I also have a problem answering the call wating and to finish the battery is emptying quickly.

Feedback on Purchase

Some of my apps don't work very well on this phone. I also was givin a temporary phone number because they had issues trying to port my number and now if I text an android user, they get my old temporary number, but they can't text back to that number. They can only text back to my actual number.

Terrible phone

I purchased the device 1 month ago and after 3 weeks the speakers started to creekle and distort due to temperature changes. Specially in Canada with cold temperatures. Speakers creekle when temperature turn cold.
