Anji installation process was a nightmare.   Took 3 separate trips and installers to complete.  Issues were not related to our home, but lack of experience/ability of installers.

I only have 1 star for installation because I paid the $79 for installation and had a horrible experience with the contractor thru Angi's list. I had to hire someone to fix the contractors mess and then install the TV correctly. Angi's list did follow up with me will be refunding my fee.  The TV is great though, nice picture and sound. Looks great above the fireplace.

This tv is just wonderful. I love it.  I had the oldest tv in the house so this was a major upgrade.  I had someone install for me so I can't say for the installation. But it comes with its own flat wall mount.  So don't buy one.  The picture is fantastic.  The sound is strange. Sometimes it gets louder on its own and so tunes then quieter.

Wonderful, beautiful tv.

I like the fact that unit comes with a propriety wall hanger; no need to buy an expensive wall bracket. Once installed, the tv looks sleek and modern and at the same time, like an art piece.

The Frame; The Masterpiece.

Great price and fast shipping on this gorgeous Frame TV! We did have to hire professional installers (mostly so we had the peace of mind it was hung correctly, and also because it was being mounted on brick and we didn't have any room for error). We just moved in and haven't really sat down to watch TV yet, but the art it is displaying is just so cool and a nice focal point of our living room. We love the slim, almost-flush mount look and the internet connected so easily! Highly recommend!

Beautiful TV and Piece of Art (It Looks Real!)

The seller responded and answered all my questions.  Item shipped out quickly after purchase but was slow to be delivered as it is shipped by a freight company.   Item arrived in new condition in unopened box.  The delivery team placed it in room of choice and tested it to ensure it was in working order.   Great purchase!  Thanks!

The remote is horrible. It is so sensitive you can change the channel by just holding it in your hand. It's also crazy annoying that it has a box so you have to have to cord exposed unless you do some work to your wall that is not even recommended as safe. It also lags. It's cool having the frame Art but that's about it.

Would not recommend

There is a template you need to install the TV into the wall. We unexpectedly moved within a year of purchasing this tv and cannot install it without the template. Spent hours in various Samsung chats and live agents trying to get a pdf or hard copy and apparently this is an impossibility. Sending this along as a PSA msg to others thinking about purchasing the tv.

If you don't have the template you're screwed

Payed way too much for this tv only to get a messed up remote. Wouldn't charge with the solar panel on back. The panel itself SHATTERED after falling off the coffee table. Like less than 2 feet on carpet! Picture is what I'd expect for this kinda money, but its not mindblowing. And you can only use the art feature if you subscribe to the art store. Again, already paid way too much. Certain apps cause the internet connectivity to drop altogether while streaming. And this didn't bug me, but it might bug you: You have to connect a box the size of a VCR to the tv in order to connect ANYTHING ELSE.

Too expensive to be this bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv requires a receiver to work. This was listed nowhere in the description, specs, what's in the box. Nowhere! This set up doesn't work for where we want to hang it so it needed to be returned.
