[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was fine but i wanted a down pillow, so I had to return it.

This pillow does look good, seems well made, and the material inside does seem somewhat comfortable, in that it's very soft. However, what I was not expecting was a pillow that feels like it's missing a third to half of its filling. It literally has no support or structure. And, what really bothers me, I ordered a king size, even though that's not what I needed, for $25.00 and it is terribly disappointing.

Definitely not firm

Nice fluffy n soft pillow but if you need any kind of sturdiness this is not it. I got it just for an extra option and it's perfect for that.

Nice but squishy

Very comfortable pillow. However, it's only been days, and I've already noticed it is flatter. That must be a record. Disappointed. I love this brand.

Flattening Too Fast

This is the most pathetic pillow I've ever seen. I could go to the dollar store and get something with more filling than this pillow has in it right now and it just came today. It's supposed to be a king size pillow and it's like they put the same amount of filling a a tiny pillow but put it in the larger sleeve smh.

Returning right away!!!

I've been buying Sealy gusseted extra hard pillows for years from Walmart, but this pillow is just awful. It has no structure, so it wads up all the time and leaves too little cushion under me. It's very much like when I'd try to wash my old pillows and they got all lumpy. The quilting is a gimmic, and contributes to the wadding up. If I could find my old pillow back I'd buy it. This pillow is garbage.

Formless, Lumpy Mess

Sooo disappointed! I am returning this. My search for a comfortable pillow has nearly been exhausted. I thought this was going to be it. First off, I got the queen size. What size is this? It's actually nearly square. Not a queen size, surely. I will measure it. 

It is described as firm. That is not true. This would not support a large potato. The potato would sink down quickly.  

Let me mention form! Oh my gosh! Is this pillow used? It is lumpy and there is no way to smooth it out! It's as if someone has slept on it for a couple years. Maybe even thrown it in for a wash. 

This pillow is nothing like the description. Maybe an employee just stuffed some nasty pillow in the right bag and called it a day.  

I may come back and edit this if I find I need to. Don't buy pillows from Walmart unless you are in the store with your cell phone so you can be sure the right pillow is in the right bag and you can test it out. 

Really bad purchase!

Another really bad online purchase from Walmart.

Not firm as advertised

No spa experience with this pillow. Clumps into lumps, not holding its shape at all. Offers no support. The material is soft, that's all it has going for it.

Pass on this

This pillow is completely misleading. It is extremely soft and squishy, despite being advertised and labeled as providing firm support. I hope Walmart improves the quality of their products soon; otherwise, I recommend purchasing pillows from independent shops.
