This liner is similar to material used to secure futon mattress in place. I purchased this time for placing under small bathroom and kitchen rugs. Grips well enough to prevent rugs from “walking” or sliding around. Description states the liner is washable; suggest carefully if needed.  And of course, it is a perfect kitchen shelf liner or cabinet liner.

Multi-use liner

Needed something with small holes for drainage.  I needed something to keep leave and debris from getting into my fountain reservoir.  Used netting but the holes were 3/4" and did not work. Put this under the rocks around the fountain, that is why I got the black, not visible, lets rain in and keeps leaves out.

Multipurpose

I have discovered a long time ago just how useful this liner is. Not just for lining drawers and shelves, I use under anything that I don't want to slip and slide, fall and break. I have cut small pieces to fit perfectly under a precarious figurine. Lately I been having a lot of trouble with my finger, losing feeling in them, especially when they got cold. Everything suddenly seems to want to kiss the floor, I dropped a glass bottle of red wine and it shattered spilled red and glass all over the floor.

So I cut myself a good sized piece of these liner and have them in the kitchen, in the shower, in the bathroom and near where some doorknobs have become a problem turning. This works pretty good for most things. I also have wrapped some around hangers for my pretty sweater with V-Neck, so the sweater won't slip off the hanger, AND, so the hanger isn't leaving a hump on the shoulders from hanging heavy over the hangers. 
A few years back a friend of mine had lost the tingling in his fingers too, and he uses tools working on cars. This numbness made it difficult for him to do his job. I cut a piece in the shape of his work gloves, fingers and palms. Then I sewed this liner pieces on the inside of his gloves. Now he can do his job with much less trouble dropping them all the time. 

I can longer knit and crochet but I'm also an artist. Loss of flexibility and feeling in my fingers has cut my enjoyment of crafting and such very difficult. So I have wrapped my stylus, my many pencils and brushes and my pens with this liner material, some glue or various tape keeps it on them. Some I then also hold in place with some string or yarn. So I can still be an artist. I draw most every day, it's what keeps me active and involved.. It  gives the stylus, pencil more body, shape and makes them alot less slippery, helps my grip. Opening jars with a piece too. 

I can't do without this fantastic material. There seems to be no end on how one can use these great liners to make life easier. It keeps me active and happy.

So yes, this is a great too for so much more than lining a shelve. 
Walmart carries a more substantial form of this material. That's definitely appreciated.

I just had kitchen cabinets refaced and I wanted to protect the shelves. This product is perfect to cover the shelves to keep them clean. Easy to cut and the size of the roll eliminates waste. Online price was great and delivery was on time. Highly recommend.

Great Product for Cabinet Shelves

This is perfect for shelf liner. We began using it in our motor home to keep items from sliding all over when we were traveling on the road. I also use it in my kitchen drawers to keep flatware in place when drawers are opened and closed. No more bunching up as the flatware slid around. I also cut a piece for my kitchen sink to keep items from falling down into the disposal yet lets water flow through. Great product!

Never be without!

The struggle of keeping cushions in place on a wicker patio couch is real. The waterproof cushion covers on my couch would slowly inch off the edge. Getting up every 30 minutes to readjust was just extra.

The Real MVP

Only thing I didn't like was that the vertical pattern in the material was not parallel to the material cut line. Best to follow the cut line and not use the vertical pattern as the straight edge

Grips well but not sticky like adhesive shelf liners. Easy to trim down to size needed. Easy to cut with regular scissors. Used in pantry and shelves and looks amazing! Soft to touch, non scratchy!

Sleek Usable Shelf Liner

I love that the liners came in the color of my cabinets.
They are very easy to trim to fit the length and width of my cabinets.
They are perfect for protecting my dishes and protecting my new cabinets.

Perfect Shelf Liners

Had used self-stick silicone feet under glass cutting boards to keep them from easily moving around on the table.  However, the feet stuck more to the table than their sticky side stuck to the glass cutting boards, so the feet came off and stuck to the table when I raised the glass cutting boards to clean underneath, like for a liquid spill that ran off the side and under the glass cutting board.  This works even better to keep the glass cutting boards in place.  The boards would often move when I had to reach over the table which had my thigh press against the boards which moved them despite the silicone feet.  With this rubbery shelf liner, the boards don't move, but I can easily lift up on the boards to clean underneath (although I usually have to reposition the shelf liner).  Wanted a white color, but Walmart only have the overly wide roll which I didn't want to cut down (my cuts are often not straight) to match the width of the boards.  Got this gray color in the 12" width as a second choice to white, so I can see what I'm cutting instead of against a black background. 
 This narrower roll leaves about 2" on each side of the board underneath, so it doesn't stick out, and is back far enough to clean up any liquid spill that runs off the edge to under the board.  With gray liner atop light beige tabletop and under a pebbly finish on the glass cutting boards, the liner is less noticeable than were the clear silicone feet with their refraction of their sharp edges.  I've used this non-adhesive rubbery shelf liners before, like atop my dresser: my cats would jump from bed to atop dresser, but sometimes slide off and fall due to the slippery top of the dresser, so this gave them more grip and surer landing when jumping onto the dresser.  Have used them in tool cabinet and chest drawers to cushion my tools, and reduce noise, especially in my car's toolbox to reduce jangling noise when tools are getting bounced around due to bumps in the road.  Because they are rubbery, no adhesive is needed, and they can be moved, if needed later.  Despite coming in roll, it lays flat when unrolled.

Cusioning, non-adhesive, stays put but movable

A waste of my time and money. Slides every time u put something on it or take something off of it. When I have time I am going to take it all out and throw it away.
