I bought this as a gift for myself and my Pomeranian. We love it. She fits perfectly. The battery takes a full five hours to charge full. Goes a little slower on an incline.  The bell that came with it did not work, so I bought a replacement. I also added a left side mirror.  Love this product.

Great little scooter - easy to ride or throw in the car for transport. My dog (miniature dachshund) loves to ride! Basket is secure spot for her although I do wrap her in a towel to prevent her tail from becoming injured as the basket isn't solid and her tail could be exposed to moving parts of the bike. Battery life is kind of short, but overall it is a great scooter!

It’s nice was a little difficult to assemble however it’s a great buy…. I bought it for work and have been practicing the dc streets. Feels very sturdy little heavy to carry if you have to take up stairs but durable buying one for my son this week !!!

This particular scooter is just right for the casual cruiser. it does have some power to Go but I use it to follow my dog. my dog will run on the lawn while I ride on the sidewalk and in some places we can go a long way!  I use it for open dog parks where I can let my dog go and I just stay on the trail! I recommend this for anybody who wants to just cruise around or use it as your pursuer.

This scooter is great in theory, but definitely only for a few blocks. 
We continue to have problems with the back tire losing air, and the charge only last a few short trips.
We got this for our oldest son who is not driving quite yet, but we live just a few blocks from his school and extra curricular activities. He loves the freedom, but it’s definitely much slower than we expected, and we wish there was a better battery we could get for it. Otherwise it is on the charger any time it’s not in use.
We still aren’t sure why the back tire continues to be a problem; I’m pretty sure they’ve even replaced the tube once already, and we just go him this for Xmas. If there’s a way to contact a company rep, I’d love to get some sight on some of our concerns!
The design is the best I’ve seen as far as cargo with the floor basket. My son is able to carry his backpack and an instrument on his way to lessons/band.

Decent so far; a few issues

it's cold outside here and I think that affects the range, that and my size so I need to ride her in better conditions to actually get fair ratings because right now I have only gotten about miles and then I have to charge her for 5 hours rode her to the store and had to charge her before I could get back home, is better than walking, hopefully she runs better in warmer weather.

It came packed really well and all the parts were there. Battery life is not consistent with its stated distance. It gets about 7 miles to a charge. Also there's a four bar notification on the digital readout however, you only get to use three out of the four bars cuz once it gets to the last bar, it automatically shuts off and you're walking.  It also only does 19 MPH. That's what no one on the bike and you holding up the rear tire and just giving it full throttle.  Not 21.

Can't complain for the price.

The scooter quality is very good. I cannot recommend it to anyone that is older as I am 75. It is difficult to balance. Probably my fault and not the scooter. However, it is not something I would recommend to my friends, unless they are much younger than I.

Great for the young, but not for the old.

No assembly video on website. Barcode installation instructions is on paper manual that comes with it AFTER you bought it. Takes you to a very brief SUPER FAST SPEED video that is impossible to view %26 comprehend. Only includes horizontal handle bar instructions at super FAST Speed video.. The bar code for the vertical handle bar takes you back to the horizontal instructions. Thats it. Nothing else. AVOID until they fix this discrepancy. I would not buy it until they post instruction video at normal speed on both their website %26 you tube. Returned it. SOOOOOOO disappointed. I never got past the unpacking %26 handlebars. I have no idea if anything else works. I just returned it out of frustration

Looks new but doesn't work.  MIHOVER sent me a new battery.  I installed it.  The speedometer wouldn't work.  The company sent me a new one.  I'm 75 years old and a Social Worker.  They sent no instructions.  I can't install the speedometer (monitor).   I t has only been used for 30 minutes.  I had major spinal surgery and hoped that this would help with my mobility.  It is too big to use as a paperweight.  I would be happy to receive a working model.  I paid over $400.00 for an electric scooter that can't be used as it is.  I have a 4 year protection plan.
