This is possibly the best product created. I've heard of Magic bag previously and seen the standard rectangular one, but I've never had the chance to use it. I've been experiencing a lot of neck and upper back pain recently and my massage therapist recommended I get a hot bag to loosen up the area. The shape of this bag is perfect. I can put it on and do other things, while the warmth is so comforting and suthing.

I found this product in the pharmacy section of the store, although I really wish they carried this product online. I'd recommend this product to friends in a heart beat.

Wow!!!

This little gem is a life saver.  I have a desk job and constantly suffer from neck troubles.  Nothing soothes my neck, shoulders and upper back better than this Magic Bag.  Used cold or hot depending on your issues, you won't be disappointed.  Walmart's super fast shipping is appreciated too!

Heated for one minute, nice warmth. Sits securely in place. Happy with purchase. This would be good for tension headaches as well as neck and shoulder pain.

Good purchase

We've been using the magic bag for years.  Had to retire my old one and was so glad that i was able to find it at Walmart.  The neck to back format fits perfectly on my neck and middle of upper back.  Works great when that area is tight.  Love the fact that it is made of biodegradable products.

I enjoy the shape of the bag, although I wish it would be a bit larger to cover more area upward on neck and over shoulders. I suffer from chronic pain.. honestly, I'd probably prefer a whole magic bag suit so I guess I should be realistic.  But hey, if you can make the body suit, I'd buy it 😂 

The temperatures work for me. You can adjust the heat as you prefer and the cold works too.

Cozy enough

It's a decent size and fits well around the shoulders and neck. I use it every night. I wish they would make an even bigger one. I would buy that too! Some people said it was heavy. I did not find it heavy at all.

Stays hot for quite awhile

I bought this online through Walmart. The shape is great though it would be ideal if it covered the whole shoulders. It loses heat within 15 minutes. it is a bit heavy on your shoulders. It would have been better is the material is lighter.
