Good but not sure how much it works. I used it for a while on an old scar. Seems to lighten and soften it a little but not much. Maybe I have to use longer to see more results. Overall not bad. Does seem to work a bit. May work better on fresh scars.

I have laser treatment to treat my acnes, but the scar is a headache. This gel is easy to absorb into skin. Also it helps the scar to fade quickly. The best timing to use it is when the scab falls off, apply it, the scar fades quickly.

Helped my acne scars

I bought 2 scar repair gel as this one and another one which name is "Hirusscar" for less than 1 week and they work well.I use this every morning or night before sleeping and use another product no matter i remember to use it.And the dark color of my scar blame light

I tried many different brands before, but it was useless. After I changed to use the Mederma Advanced Gel for three months, the scar became smooth, and the color of the  skin was changed to pink instead of red.

I have been using this scar gel 2 times a day for about a month and it seems to have helped with the fading of my surgery scars while keeping  the scars moist.  Rubbing with it helped with flattening of the scar tissue underneath the scars.  I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the unpleasant smell of the gel.

I've been using this product for about a week now and honestly my skin feels and looks better. I can't comment in whether the scars are lighter as its only been a week but I'm hoping this does what it claims! It's light and smells good so 5* for that itself!

I purchased this instead of the cream based one. I don't think I will repurchase the gel again. It peels when I combine it with other products in my face.
