I have been taking Jamieson Vitamin C 500 mg Timed Release Capsules for years.

Happy with purchase.

These are the only time-release, 500mg, Vitamin C supplements available in capsule form that I've managed to find anywhere ever. Capsules are much easier to swallow. Stores don't seem to be carrying these any more (why not?), but getting them at source works well.

The 500 mg is smaller and easier to swallow; I just take two. I like that they are time released as well. I highly recommend these and when I can't get the 500 mg I get he 1000 mg, they still go down easily with water.

I like the fact that this product is timed release and the capsule is easier on my stomach than a solid pill.

I am a senior. I take one 500mg slow release capsule every other day in addition to my regular daily fruit diet. It seems to help relieving my joint pain, but be careful, make sure you wet your throat first before taking the capsule and then swallow it with plenty of water. The size of the capsule is a little bit bigger than a general antibiotic capsule and the shell is also slightly harder. I guess it is because of the timed release requirement.

I intended to order 1000mg but accidentally ordered 500mg but I will know better next time.. these are much easier on the stomach than other hard tablets..
