The customer service is so good that I have literally never experienced it in today's world. They replaced our beloved Ooni pizza oven after an issue that was 100% my own fault (had nothing to do with their product and I was literally not expecting them to do anything about it). Will only ever buy from this company from now on! Ooni customer for life!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wife's birthday and we were complete novices. First attempt was edible but with a lot of practice and lots of fun we have learnt a lot and making delicious pizzas. I think it's a constant learning process trying different doughs, toppings, thickness of of dough etc. 
really easy to set up and use. Would definitely recommend even if you've never used a pizza oven of cooked one on the hot stone.

First tries have been a little unsuccessful, with burned outside and uncooked inside: appreciate this is probably user error, but this is going to take some time and patience!

The oven is ok, we can make good pizza and it's easy to install/use. However, the pizza stone wasn't in the box and Walmart couldn't help us with it. We couldn't reach the company either so we had to purshase one from Amazon.
