I expected the worst ordering an open boxed item but it came brand new. had the cord as well. Runs great perfect for if you want to just stream video games and run some emulators.  i've had it for a few weeks now and so far no issues have came up. Other then it seems to have a slower wireless card as it won't pick up my 5g so you may need to buy a usb ethernet adapter to fix that. 

I've noticed it also has Chinese lettering in the device manager and some options so im un sure what thats about but it doesn't appear to effect anything. it's mostly in english so there might be a fix i just don't know.

I didn't like product as it was slow. I went to walmart to return it as in store return was one of option but associate told me she can't take it as value is more than $250 of product. I need to return back to third party and I did that on Tuesday still waiting for my refund.
