I love the fire pit. I actually purchased two one of them was defective so I had to return it. I plan on ordering a second one again, but the price has gone up so I'm going to see when it's going to go back down to the price I purchased it for. As you can see in the picture one is not working

Great pit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Comes fully assembled, well packed but there were a couple of inevitable chips d/t exterior composition. Would have liked the stated touch up paint but there was none. Put small sliders underneath to facilitate turning. Door panel does easily fall off d/t the weirdest connection. It's a clamp on the door that has 2 straight prongs underneath that go behind inner box on the bottom and a screw coming down on the inside top. Nothing clamps. Very difficult time getting it to ignite. Lots of clicks, nothing else. Best instructions are on metal plate attached to column by the knob. Turn notch counterclockwise to 9pm side, very hard to see but notch is on knob. Thats the low flame point. Keep knob depressed while repeatedly pushing igniter button. Still had to use a lighter. Helpful to have a 2nd person. Cant tell if it warms space yet b/c its 90° outside🤣
