[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Medela have released their latest breast pump and it has much to feature. You are given an information leaflet which gives you a head start on how to start it up. Starting it requires it to be charged an hour prior to usage, the breast pump itself is oval shaped curved to fit comfortably in your bra,
You are given extra an additional membrane, valve and shield valve  with a charging USB C power cable alongside an extra breast shield for different sizes. 
Opening it is very easy, simply twist and unlock it. Once opened, hold it upright and there it a lock sign, you can push it up and it will allow you to release the milk you have expressed. Once emptied you can then open it to clean, everything is easily accessible. Setting up is easy, once 
the pump has been charged,download the Medela app, click the power button to the side, and then hold the start/pause button to initiate Bluetooth pairing, a blue light should start to flash to let you know you can establish connection. The app will ask to to press + /- to finalise the connection.
I found the usage quite tricky at first, as there was much to fiddle around with, but after a couple tries of opening and closing, it become more easy after each use. I love how the app allows me to monitor my progress my breastfeeding journey, the app is simple and quick to set up without any fuss and I would ready to go. Attaching the breast pump was simple, following the instructions, I was able to secure the pump to my breast and allow it to suction with ease. I didn't find it uncomfortable and was very relaxed each time I used it, I was ecstatic that I was able to pump; it being my first time it was expected that it wouldnt be much but that alone give me joy in being able to do so. Another bonus to it is that it is hands free, meaning I am to move around the house freely whilst expressing, this is a major bonus and Medela have done an amazing job.

There's barely any noise while using it. The suction can be manually changed for your own comfort and works great. It is small and easy to use on the go!

Amzing quality item

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sucktion is fantastic, plus you can change the intensity of it for your own comfort. Its portable and hands free which is a god send when you hav a baby that doesn't like to be put down lol.

Breastfeeding best friend

For an expensive pump it doesn't extract as much milk as I hoped. Not worth the price

Not very effective

I have been using this pump for a month now and its extremely finicky with assembly. I follow all the instructions and understand fully how to properly assemble it, but it will give errors all the time and you have to take it apart and put it back together again. Sometimes a few times just to get it to cooperate. 
On other pumps I have used I generally use a setting of somewhere between 3 and 5 depending on the pump. For this one I have the setting on one and it still feel very aggressive. 
I do have to go a full 30 minutes to get my breast empty compared to 20 minutes on other pumps. For the high cost of this pump I had much higher expectations for efficiency and comfort. 
The pump is very unreliable

Too many errors and finicky assembly.

I purchased this pump through my insurance through a well-known seller. I had been looking for a reputable wearable for some time, as I needed to be able to pump every two hours, especially on the go, with a hospital grade suction (this offers up to 300mmHg) because I am a low-producer. I was very excited to receive it, but my excitement was gone after attempting my first pump session. This pump often requires me to take it apart and put it back together multiple times a session. Even if I make sure all the parts are put in place firmly or securely, of which there are A LOT) the pump still does not work. As a mostly exclusive pumper, pumping pretty much every 1.5 hours even at night, this product is a nightmare. When it does work, it works so well. It did help my supply increase, so I will give it credit where it's due. But again, being that I need this so often and with it's multiple refusals to work correctly within one session (one time a session had me taking everything apart and putting it back together over 10 times -never figured out what the issue was), I just cannot justify more than 2 stars. This is more of a headache than a help and I wish I went with a more traditional pump.

Needs more testing or better design

I'm giving it a 2 purely because the lower settings are quite gentle and that's something I struggle to find as a sensitive girly. As far as comfort in my bra I actually like it better that my Eufy S1's, I thought all the sensors would be great and liked the milk in tunnel idea. I've watched countless videos of LC's talking about them as well as read reviews. I finally caved and bought one, so excited to use it for the first time! ..but what do you mean I have to charge them SEPARATELY?! For TWO HOURS… EACH?!! I pump every 3!! 
Pro's: 
1)They seem really discreet and they're rather quiet (I didn't go above level 5), there's no mechanical clicking sound like the S1's and they're NOTHING compared to the willow 360.
2) the main part of the cup is frosted but the top is clear plus there's lots of light to see for nipple alignment! 
3) the clamshell cup design (also can be a con), makes it easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble! 
4) super lightweight
5) the plastic is smooth and rounded as opposed to tradition pump flanges that can have a sharp angle going into the tunnel. 
6) the pour spout has a door that slides over it and locks the clamshell closed, I haven't tested if it's completely leakproof but it seems better than the S1 being open but having a stopper you can put in it (spoiler: not leak proof either). 

Cons: 
1) Why OH WHY DOES IT START ON LVL FOUR?!!!
2)the Bluetooth.. ummmm?! 3 mins in and the left disconnected and couldn't be reconnected. It's fully charged but wouldn't stay on longer than 10 seconds to try to reconnect. The right one was still going strong (but kind of pinching on the outside edge)
3) they did squeak a little bit before switching to expression mode
4) there are a lot of parts to wash, I personally am not bothered because bottle washer but some might be. You have 2 rubber pieces in the pump, the cup is 2 pieces, and the flange. Apparently if you don't fit them all together just so it won't work, personally I'm funny about that anyways so it hasn't been an issue (also only used it twice now). 
5) the clamshell cup. If you completely unlock the pour spout, the clamshell can come open. I didn't have it just pop open on me but I could see, as you use it more and parts wear out, that it could be possible. 
6) the finish process takes a couple mins and doesn't get all the milk out of the tunnel. Still better than willows flip to finish

I've only used it twice, thus far I've spilled about a half oz each session. I much prefer it to the willow 360, more comfortable, less noise, equally a pain in the butt! If they could fix the connectivity issues I'd be perfectly content. As of current I'll give it a week, alternating with my Eufy's, and see how it goes.

I wanted so badly to love them!

I bought the Magic InBra pump expecting a reliable, mature device, but it has been a constant source of frustration. Almost every session triggers multiple error messages on one or both sides, and the cause is never clear. Occasionally the pump works again after I disassemble and reassemble it, but that’s an unreliable fix. 

Bluetooth connectivity is erratic—usually only one unit connects, and I have to force‑close the app repeatedly before both sides appear.

The error messages are useless, with no usable diagnostic guide, leaving me to guess what’s wrong.

For a product priced at this level, I expected a polished experience, especially given the stress new parents already face. Instead,  the pump feels like a beta prototype, adding unnecessary stress rather than easing it. Until the firmware is stabilized and the Bluetooth issues resolved, I cannot recommend this pump to other families. Consider more proven alternatives that deliver consistent performance out of the box.

1. Difficult to close, especially with postpartum tendinitis. 
2. Weak suction and difficult to see the position of the nipple. 
3. The shape and way to check if the suction is working exposes you touch too much of the pump.
