Quality

This hose reel is amazing!!! It's strong, durable, easy to mount and makes winding up your hose so much easier!! A must have 😊

A must have reel!

Metal mounting bracket is heavy duty, retracting is quick and smooth. I like that I can remove the unit from the bracket and store it in my shed over the winter.

Awesome

Nice hose reel

This is a great product, the convenience of a retractable hose and a nice hose enclosure is good too. At the end of the season I retract it for the last time and lift it off the holder and put it into the shed. Just a great product!

Hose real great for gardens

Good quality reel but 1/2 inch diameter hose reduces the water pressure.  I should have spent a little more for a larger diameter hose.

Excellent but wish the hose was wider (kind of thin)

Seller neglected to mention some negative items.
1. Hard to pull out.
2. Shut water off before returning to unit.
3. Have to hold hose and. guide in.

More hassle than its worth.

I bought two of these.  One was bought July 2024 and the other was more recently bought Aug 2025.  By May 2026 both were not reeling back into the unit.  I am very disappointed because they were great until the hoses stopped reeling back.  I was offered 30% refund.  I took the refund, it was better than nothing.  These hose reels really should have lasted longer than they did.

9 months use - no longer operational.
