Love the recliner rocking chair. it's exactly what I wanted and had hoped for. The directions on the other hand are terrible! With better assembly directions I probably could have had this assembled in 1 hour or less. It took way longer than that due to very poor instructions.  But the chair is great! Love it! It's comfortable,  nice looking and sturdy. Don't expect very thick cushions but they are adequate.

The chair is very comfortable - good quality.  The chair was very easy to put together.  The recliner part did not work when we received it - contacted the company immediately.  They responded back quickly and corrected the problem!

It's a great rocking chair once you get past the absolute garbage instructions. Take time to look at every bit of the vague instructions, be prepared and patient. There are some videos online that I had to reference but was not for the exact model.

Great rocking chair

Great as a rocking chair ONLY. Recline position is weird, foot rest does not lift high enough and is very small, only supports to midcalf. Instructions are not good but as mentioned by other reviewers you can figure it out. Just know that the illustrations of the screws used are not right. You really can't tell them apart. Some areas are a very tight fit so I did have to struggle a bit. Be careful that metal brace under the chair does not rip the faux rattan. If it does, get out your glue gun and fix immediately. Once together, appearance is nice (try to balance the foot rest in the middle). Not sorry I bought it because it rocks nicely. Just disappointed that it does not function well as a recliner.

Best used as Rocker ONLY

This rocker is extremely comfortable.  It is VERY hard to put together and I am a whiz at all things IKEA, etc.  The hardware is not labeled - just in a bag all together and in the drawings they all look the same length, etc.  BUT the real problem is that the chair does not recline and the Allstate protection won't cover it.  They were also very rude.  The "seller" said they would replace the broken part and then said they couldn't so they offered $32 refund or a replacement chair.  SOOOO I have to go through the hassle of building it again, cross my fingers that it will recline this time AND return the broken one.  One labor intensive Father's Day present!

Tried for 3 hours to even start to assemble,  had Son in law come out,  he is very good
at assembly  he could not get the chair together.  Have to return

Assembly too Hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible product. The pump that's suppose to aid the reclining of the chair, doesn't work. Customer service offered a replacement, which had the exact same issue. The initial chair had rusty metals and the gas pump container stated an explanation date of 2020. The replacement gas pump container was expired in 2022. Waist of money, time, and energy.

Do NOT buy! Terrible item!!

Assembly was easy. Comfort is okay but not great. The recline feature is useless, it put you in an uncomfortable position. The foot rest is too short to be useful. The rocking chair sits up higher than a normal rocking chair my feet don't reach the ground causing my legs to go numb.   We will be returning it
