This is very well made, the fabric of the chair very stitched and color is exactly what I ordered ( Gray). Super comfortable and supportive in my back. It has 2 levels High and Low for massage . It has so many modes to massage your back and it works great. It heats up great to keep you warm.

The quality of the chair is very good and assembly is easy and somewhat quick. But if you are choosing this chair for the neck message feature (which was my main reason to pick it) I wouldn't buy it because this feature is not effective it barely vibrates to  make you feel any neck relief . But overall it is a comfortable chair.

I wanted a comfortable chair with massage. Well the chair just makes the noise no real action. comfortable

Doesn't Massage

Most office chairs have the ability to rock, this one does not.  The foot rest is to close to the chair and to small for most people.  We bought two of them for the office,  after a week, they were in the shop

Save your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] wheels did not roll even on plastic desk pad. flimsy leg rest, small seat, heat and massage function worked but lasted 10 minutes max.  Must plug in chair by cord to use heat/message. Quality ok for younger, smaller person, but chair does not have substantial structure for long lasting desk chair. Must return.

Came broken! Do not buy! It looks like they broke it and did not bother to replace the piece and just sent  it. Absolutely hate the hassle of returning the item, so I might not go looking for a Walmart to replace it but I am attaching an image as a warning for other buyers to not invest in this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] instructions was almost as if a kindergartener wrote them, they made ZERO sense. so your blind guessing where amd what screws go where until you finally get the chair built just to realize you've built it wrong so yoi have to take it back apart to reassamble it again followed by a repaat once more because again NO DIRECTIONS. 
the heat is to be expected its not amazing but it works! the "massage" is more of a vibration that you can change the rhythm of. The annoying thing is the wires are VERY INCONVENIENTLY placed so always snagging and unplugging themselves and the heat and "massage" both automatically turn off after about 30 mins no matter what so thats incredibly annoying also.

uncomfortable. horrible for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give it a 0 star if I could. Got this chair as a Father's Day present for my husband. Try to put it together before he gets home from work. They sent me the wrong screws. I needed the M6x20mm and they sent too many of the 16mm. Not to mention the holes for the screws did not match up with the holes for the support hardware. I am not happy. I literally cannot do anything else without the required pieces. Paid $200 for a chair I can't even put together.
