It's great but not ideal if you sleep with mattress on the floor. We use the montessory method so our mattress is on the floor, so of course I can't screw the screws in the floor.. you need a base or frame for that. For now we just tighted up the gardrails together with the locks that were included, it's safe and protects baby well but it's not entirely stable. It's good enough for what we need.
