Can be straightforward, but may require extra effort for some users.

This unit is the absolute best for comfort and efficiency I have ever seen.  It's also so quiet that you have to wonder how it works without making a sound it's actually that quiet. I installed it myself in my mom's home and she has been loving it ever since. It's a simple to install and just an all around wonderful comforting experience to use.  If you need an efficient great working a/c and heat unit I recommend this one because i don't believe you can find one out there that works better or for less money. It's a must have for your home comfort or office and even your workshop.

So far, I'm really happy with it. The outside bit is mounted on the wall so it's off the ground and below the window. The inside bit is above the window with the hoses along the side of the window view. Once turned on, it quickly cooled the room down and has maintained a consistent temperature. It quiet and efficient.

Bought this for under 700 and had it installed and now when I turn this on my house gets so cold that I have to cover up! Hands down- best thing I have bought in years!

Buy it!

This is the 1st split unit we have ever purchased and it was well worth it. You have to mount some brackets on the wall, cust a couple of holes and run some electrical but it has been a great purchase. We were not sure what to expect because there are so many different brands out there and a range of prices.  We have not be disappointed at all. 

We are looking at installing this system through the other rooms of our home. 

Great cooling, very quite and great price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was fairly easy to install.  We are by no means professionals but are handy.  It took several hours to install but it had to be mounted and then we had to build a stand on the second floor roof for the outside unit to sit on and then wire it in.  It works great for our upstairs bedroom.  It's a big open room.  No complaints yet.

Good little unit

Working like a champ so far this winter. We switch to our oil furnace when the temperature dips below 20°.

This mini-split appliance works really good I will recommend that if anyone wants to keep its home nice and cool during the summer time and save energy and money,  this is the way to go.

We installed the in the mini split the air conditioner works beautiful. The heater does not work at all. I don't know what to do with it. How to return it or get another one we have a warranty on it. It's only been up for two days.

it's going to cost me another service call because I didn't get a line set and then the other one came damaged

This unit was great for the heat, however changing over to air, it was awful. It constantly ran and wouldn't shut off. would not get any help from the service customer. would not recommend
