Setup requires minimal effort and is straightforward.

Can be spacious, but may have stability issues.

Can be solid, but also varies in durability.

Was very pleased with item, looks elegant in bedroom and is very spacious as well.  Did not think it would have been so roomy and it is very easy to set up.  Will buy again and will recommend

9 Drawer Dresser with strong Fabric drawer

Looks exactly like the image, I was worried the drawers wouldn't look as crisp but they are very sturdy and deep. I previously had a wooden ikea dresser with 4 drawers that I needed to replace and this new dresser holds more clothes. It took me a little longer to set up because I put one of the pieces on backwards but that was a me issue. Very happy with this product!

Really happy I found this on web site. I'm not disappointed.  It was the perfect size for a small narrow area. The drawers aren't big but I wasn't expecting that but they are deep which is perfect.  Very easy to put together. The only issue was a curved piece of metal that luckily my husband  straightened out so the drawer can go in smoothly .

The product is nice overall but trying to find replacement parts is a no go anyone have suggestions?

Replacement parts

I was really disappointed with how long it took to come. Plus how confusing the emails and messages all where. I was not happy with the service but i am witht he product.

Customer service

There were broken parts and defective parts so pieces can't be attached and stay connected. Unfortunately did not know ow you can't return this product or get support for defective parts

Defective product

Incorrect product parts given and wrong instructions. It says you need E screws to anchor the wood board to the metal which is false, the screws provided are too small/the washer isn't large enough to anchor it. You actually have to use C screws, Only 14 are provided instead of 20 because the manufacturer didn't do a quality check before shipping these. The E screws are used to secure the handles to the drawers, I tried to call the number provided for shipping, and was placed on hold after selecting customer service. After a few minutes someone picked up ( I could hear them breathing) and then hung up when I said "Hello". This is very disappointing considering it was for my first appartment. Wish I had positive things to share
