Fitbit Versa 3

Received the tracker, straps and charger quickly and in excellent condition. Not in original packaging, but appeared to be in new condition and working as expected.

Happy with purchase

I received my Fitbit Versa 3 watch last week, and the floor counting function isn't working. I noticed Fitbit. After several unsuccessful tests, the technician offered to return it and order another one, but it's out of stock. Unable to get support from Walmart, I'm going to keep it as is.

The watch is in good condition and arrived promptly. The only issue is that the band was not the same colour as advertised. I'm aware this is a used product so that's probably why the band was not the original Fitbit product, however that should have been mentioned on the website.

I think I got a refurbished one or something like that as the watch came in a very cheap plastic bag instead of the original box. The fact of not having laps for swimming was very disappointing!! I only bought it for swimming

It wasn't exact as I was expecting. What I understood was, it was discounted but it's nit on the description that it is an open box. Though I was frustrated, I could still accept it but it has a noticeable scratch on its screen which again was not mentioned. Sorry but I got so disappointed really. The refund promise was prompt though so not taking the case seriously. Thanks.

Bought this online, it had obviously been used, the screen was quite scratched and it didn't turn on at all even after charging it. I got a full refund for it.

You guys sent me an open box item when it wasn't described as that. No original packaging and looked like a returned product. Very disappointing as this was a gift for someone and did not want an open box item
