I got the first one in and it was apparently a return that mistakenly got reshipped instead of tossed out but they immediately got another one shipped out and it works perfectly!!!! I'm happy with the power it has and the size and quietness is great !!! Easy to move around and can't hardly hear it run !!!  I'd say it's five stars all day !!!!

Great inverter for the money!  After adding  oil and gas the unit started on (1) pull.  Only complaint is the unit does not come with oil.   I am now hurricane season prepared.

Very well priced generator looks nice. Appears to be well. Built easy to use. It's just a little loud however very nice generator works well for my application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generated was bought for a cold that would supposedly cut lights off but it didn't so we didn't use it but we did turn it on to make sure it is good and indeed it was for the hour I let it run it did what it needed to do and connected a few fans and including a power tool saw and picked it right up.

I tried it out the other day and it powers both my Samsung freezer upright and my Frigidaire refrigerator perfectly. I ran it until the gas ran out lasted about 10 hours. It's ultra quiet and very dependable. I'm looking forward to the day that I actually need it in an emergency.

The only thing I would change if it would be a little shorter not so tall then I could fit it in my underneath trailer cabinets. I dislike that when opening the product it looked new. when i went to put the oil in. The screw was stripped, i had to use a socket wrench.to open it to add oil. upon pulling out the dipstick, I noticed it had signs of oil on it. I had to recheck it a couple of times before i added the oil. The other thing is, after using it for 2 hours. The machine started blowing out black smoke from the carburetor and the filter was black from the soot. I feel the unit is used. I like it but if i can exchane it for a new one but not used. I will be happy.

After 50 to 60 hours of use, the engine malfunctioned and shut down frequently.
