This item, in actuality, looks nothing like what I received. And the fact that Walmart doesn't care that some of their sellers are lying to Walmart customers is gross and I won't be supporting you anymore. It's not just about me getting my money back. It wasted my time. Ordering it, discovering it was not what they said they were going to sell me, reaching back out to Walmart to figure out what to do, having to talk to the seller, etc.

How safe do you think I feel that you required me to complain to them on my own? They have my address, and they have all of my information.

Walmart should be dealing with the problems, not the customer. You make it unsafe for us when we have justifiable complaints.

Walmart should be policing the sellers they allow their customers to choose to purchase from. It is not on my head to ensure that walmart.ca sellers are honest. That is up to Walmart to do. So since you won't, I will shop elsewhere. I don't need your garbage.

I was hoping these would be similar to the “Pulse of Potential” ones shown on social media but this one from Walmart was a disappointment. The arms aren't actually long enough to go around your neck and stay there. The only weight is a little beading on the front paws. They make a nice stuffy to cuddle but not suitable as a weighted item in my opinion.
