After 6 months of use 4 of which outside the wood is split and the bench is broken. For almost a month I have been communicating with Velvor and all they offer me is a 60/100 refund. So I can fix the bench myself. I find this unacceptable because this bench is guaranteed. This bench is beautiful but of very poor quality
