I had to stop using my One Plus 8T because Videotron was switching to voLTE, to which my phone was not compatible. This meant that, starting on July 31 2025, my phone wouldn't be receiving any phone calls or messages. I informed myself and saw that the same thing was happening with other companies, so I couldn't just switch providers... 

So I decided I wanted to get this phone as it is brand new and at an interesting price. 

It came brand new as promised. Battery is great, camera is amazing. The performance is pretty good! 

The thing I like the most is that I could expand the storage up to 1tb. So I added a 512gb micro SD catd. It's a great thing because newer phone won't allow you to expand storage... 

Do I recommend it? Sure. It's a great mid-tier phone.

Great phone for the price

It's not the Canadian model it's the American model, seller can't be trusted. It'll work in Canada but you will receive no security updates and no software updates. It comes loaded with Android 14 but the Android 15 upgrade significantly improves the battery life. Another case of Walmart not taking care of it's customers.
