Good buy

Excellent value for the money, but it comes with a lot of bloatware.  Keep in mind that you'll spend a fair bit of time updating and restarting to update to Android 15 and install a series of security updates.

Phone arrived when promised and was in like new condition.
I was very disappointed that a phone purchased in  Canada through a major retailer (Walmart) was actually an AT&T phone. It turned on and displayed the AT&T logo and most of the software and the phone setup referenced AT&T. This should have been explained in the advertising on Walmart's web page.

Moto 5 5g 2024 review

Because I didn't use the Moto G for calling the time it arrives, I noticed only recently that the microphone is defective. It's making a lot of noise/frequency and our voice is different/funny sound and not clear according to the other line.

I bought this phone on the basis that it was refurbished and unlocked. I couldn’t understand why I was constantly doing AT&T. This was not in the phone’s specification list at the time I bought it. Not being interested in having any AT&T app involved in a phone I own and not being able to eliminate them, I decided to return it.

AT&T installed by default why this is not?

I thought this cell phone presumpibly unblocked and refurbished. I have the AT%26T logo popping up. I also have some remnants of the previous user research history and uses as if there is no factory reset of the phone.

Refurbished cell not really refurbished?

The phone did not come unlocked as advertised. I now have to deal with trying to unlock the phone through AT%26T or return this phone. How disappointing.

I've had it for about a week and the glue or whatever holds the screen in the phone is gone? My phone screen is literally falling out of the phone...
