While using it while sitting on a chair, it feels lile using a recumbent bike. I just sit a little rug under it to keep it from moving and it works really well for me. I think the price was great too.

Chair Exercise Bike

Due to a couple of really nasty falls, I don't feel safe walking on the street.  This way I can get my "steps" in daily.  I really work up a sweat.  I feel that my unit has improved my stamina and strength.  I recommend it.  
As much as I love my machine, it does tend to walk on me.  Every so often I have to readjust it so it is straight.  Not a big deal.  I have already recommended it to a lot of my friends and relatives.

Im on oxygen and dont get around much these days especially with the COVID-19 I have always been small and bc of all my back and leg pain and health problems  I cant do regular exercises this little machine is easy to use and I do my legs and my arms with out the strain on my back and lungs so far Im loving it and already noticing results within a week.

Disabled but still being able to get a workout

Great had to cut off straps  for my husband  but it works fine if he uses  it

It is easier to exercise without going outside. It fits well while using a comfortable chair. I usually read mail on the cell or tablet while using the under desk bike.  My suggestion is to start with 10 minutes and work up to 30 minutes as you use the bike regularly.

Indoor exercise

Light and roulette to increase strength makes a lot of noise and it is very cheap

Not purchased

Very cheaply made. The one from Alida for $29.99 is much better but it is a once and awhile thing.
