The “buttons” on the side should be hidden by covering them with same fabric.  The metal color stand out too much but other than that, worth the money

A true gem!! The velvet olive ottoman color is beautiful. Makes my entryway look pretty.  Easy to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes to put it together. The instructions were easy to follow. It's sturdy thus far. Wish the width was a little bit wider. And yes, it has a removable lid. 
Also, I missed reading few reviews about the bad odor prior to the purchase. But, to my surprise this piece had no bad odors at all. Loved it!!!

Good purchase!! Recommend it

Easy to assemble. Not as deep as I would have liked it to be. I wanted enough space for pillows but this size will be great to store blankets. Quality is very good. Soft material. I can see this lasting a long time. I'm considering on buying the gray. My bed is a King and the bench went perfectly in-front of my bed.

Great Storage Bench

I wish the top had hinges. I sat on it one time, the top slid back,  and  I fell inside. 😆 Hinges would be a good safety call? Other then that ...it works for me.

Love the ottoman! I assembled the entire ottoman except for one screw. Needed assistance with that one. Looks great, size is perfect and comfortable to sit on. Price good for product.

It's great for the price I got it on sale! The feel is more like soft sherpa blanket than velvet and it's very narrow which is good for small spaces we were still able to stuff a king size comforter in there for storage in between uses. Very east to put together and feels sturdy so far

SMALL BUT FUCTIONAL

Looks just like the photos! The inside storage isn't as big as I had hoped but can still fit a decent amount. I use it as a seat under my vanity and so far it feels sturdy and haven't had any issues. Assembly was easy and to the point, a little tricky with one person but not impossible. It did have a bit of a smell right out of the box but after some Febreze and sitting out, the smell went away.  I do wish it was a little taller but it's still comfortable to sit on and doesn't feel too low to the ground. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase especially the price.

Just what I wanted.

The only con is I wish it was a little bigger because i placed it at the end of my bed. The top piece is not sturdy so if it is not aligned it will fall through so be careful!

Cute enough

Looks great, easy to assemble HOWEVER it smells horrible. I have sprayed it with everything I can think of, I have aired it out. I bought this over a month ago and it still smells atrocious. It smells like rotten fish.

Smells Like a Fish Brothel

It's cute and all, but they literally burned holes and melted the material to shove the screws through, but they forgot to do one entire side of the panel, so I had to get out scissors and snip little holes to get the screws through and you definitely don't want to use this as a toy box for grandchildrenor little ones because the little end pieces just unscrew and they are a choking hazard.
