Chair is super cute and comfy! Assembly instructions were clear. My back is thanking me for this purchase :) Honestly i thought it would be a cheaply manufactured product but the quality is very good and sturdy.

I can sit in multiple leg positions so that my legs don't fall asleep.  Because of this ability I find that my posture is better as well. The chair is so comfortable that I can sit longer.

When it was 1st put together it worked like a charm, seat went up and down perfect. Stored it for 5 days to give to my granddaughter as a gift already assembled, for some reason seat stopped going up and down. To much work to return it so we just kept it because it was cute and cool.

This chair is beautiful!! It is also soft and comfortable enough to sit in with your legs folded up. However, the seat itself seems a tad too small for regular sitting. We have 2 teen girls and my 11 year old son who all utilize this chair and so far my son is the only one who doesn't complain about the awkwardness of the seat itself. It was originally purchased to fit under a full loft with desk underneath. Unfortunately it is about 5 inches too tall for that purpose. My son loves it because his pup gets to sit next to him while he's gaming so that's a plus. Overall I can't complain. Great purchase at a great price. Just too tall and the seat seems to be shallow.

3rd time buying a chair from this brand

Whilst the idea is great and I found  sitting cross legged while sitting was nice it hurts my ankles and makes my legs numb after a short period of time because it can't really be adjusted, I could increase the height of my seat but it'd leave me too high up. There needs to be a way to lower the platform. If the shaft of the chair had removable inserts for the platform it can be lowered and if there's spring buttons on the legs and it be two part and telescoping it would be adjustable, though it won't be able to hold as much weight. It's a neat product but it can be improved for better comfort and ergonomic performance to accomodate taller people.

Uncomfortable to sit in

Seemed ok at first, but horrible to sit on for longer periods. The chair's seat cushion is rounded upwards and puts a lot of pressure on the hips, creating tension in the lower back. Sitting on it for more than an hour causes pain and stiffness. The seat chair is very small and not deep enough (front to back) for most adults to be comfortable. The foot rest part is nice, but you're better off buying a separate ottoman because--despite having wheels--the footrest gets locked in place and will not move when sitting on just the main seat of the chair. If you want to move or reposition the foot rest, you have to fully stand up off the main chair to do so.

Cute but small and bad for long periods

After assembling and testing, the chair only went up with the under-seat release and would not go back down. Disassembled and reassembled and issue remains. Instructions contain no troubleshooting nor explanation of how to use. Without a solution beyond returning, I'm noting Pinmoco as a brand to avoid on all sites.

Seat will not lower.

Chair is cute but has a tear 5 minutes out of the box. Of course I can't prove if it was there before or not but the “leather” is very thin and weak. It won't last long without needing reupholstered. Disappointed because I thought getting leather it would be durable but it's not.

Not great

Worthless because could not asseble the backrest to the seat. Followed the directions but the housing for the up and down lever was in the way of getting the back structure secured to the seat.
