This is a metal cabinet, it has holes on the sides to air out the shoes. My husband is a size 10 and I am a size 8.5 and about 3 pairs fit in each shelf, so six per drawer, it looks sleek and moody. I have ease of assembly a 4/5 because screwing in the drawers after building them is a bit tough. Definitely have someone help as this could cut down assembly Tim, took about 1-1.5 hours to assemble. Also I looked on Amazon for one of these and everything was over $100, so this is a great price for shoe storage that looks nice. Also, definitely anchor it to your wall for stability, even if you're using the legs! I put command strip hooks on mine for our keys as well!

Item is not the same as the picture. The handles were completely different. I wear a size 8 and my shoes didn't fit. My toddler shoes would fall to the bottom since the rack doesn't have a back stopper. Save your money go to IKEA and get a better one!

Shoes don't fit

Looks beautiful. It was a beast to put together. And instructions were spotty. Be prepared to bend metal. But the t looks beautiful. We will see how it holds up.

Looks nice after you get it put together.. wasn't hard until it was time to install the drawers.. finally got it done.. but I was exhausted with it and dropped and dented it while trying to set it upright, it's kind of heavy assembled.. still fully usable and I can cover the dent. It's metal not wood so be careful. Best if you have 2 people but one can do it if you have something the right height to set the drawers on while installing them.. also mark each side where the drawer screws go. And move from side to side for the best angles when installing the drawer screws. The price was right and the hassle was worth it given the reasonable price. Tips mentioned will make sense as you're working. Again it's metal and moves when you open the drawers.. so it needs to be anchored either to the wall or with something heavy on top.  Shoes fit that aren't too tall, will not fit high tops etc. with the dividers in.

Horrible instructions. They couldn't even bother with detailed drawings. The drawings are extremely tiny and confusing. Don't buy not worth the trouble. They expect you to screw in at odd angles, and difficult to maneuver places very poor design for assembly.

Hard to put together and the showed ball in the back so it's a hassle to dig them out so it shuts all the way other than that it looks good

This shoe cabinet sucks, I didn't realize it was metal but I didn't mind until I realized putting this metal cabinet is impossible since they don't use screws to keep it together but these annoying locking mechanisms that don't even keep it together. Returning it tomorrow.
