We love our 32 cup ZeroWater dispenser. We had a pitcher before this but found we were constantly refilling it. The 32 cup does take up more counter space, but it is easy to move if we need to, and has not been a problem for us. Very refreshing to look at, too!

I arrived in Saskatoon, Canada, in February and couldn't cope with the water taste. After two months, I bought the Zero Water Dispenser. Its 5-level filtration works excellently, providing odorless, tasteless water. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quality dispenser. Great value for money.

I bought the older model. The lid kept sliding off and when I would fill the water, it would make a mess in the refrigerator. I love the newer model because the lid is secured and there's a sliding door which means less mess. Also, there's a holder for the water tester, which I actually love Good buy!

With this one I like the sliding lid to the refill reservoir so if my hands aren't clean enough right then I can just slide the lid and refill it with water. The old one I had also had a lid you needed to lift which allowed things to fall in it, %26 there wasn't a Zero water tester right where the water comes out, so I would know to replace it.

The more you know....

This is actually the SECOND unit that I have purchased!!  The first was a gift card purchase, and, I raved about it so much, that my MIL, after receiving a cancer diagnosis, asked me to purchase her one!!  This makes the water taste sooo much better, and, you don't realize how contaminated your water is, until you test it!  My Granddaughter even tested some of her bottled water, and it registered on the meter!!!!

Drink CLEAN water!!

I have been try to find a best water filter system for decade. I did try Pur %26 Brita products but nothing really beat the zero water. Pur and Brita really filtering all the toxic out of water as they claim. I am so glad to find a zero water system. man I tell you that coffee taste much better with zero water.

I have been using a Zero Water  System since 2015 because I didn't like the taste of the water in my apartment. I also couldn't see myself taking bottled water up 4 floors! Having this in my kitchen means I drink more clean water! And I use it for my cooking  needs!

love the dispenser but we found out after a few days it a very small leak on the inside corner and of course we were gone for a week and the crisper drawer was full of water when we came. I was able to return it but since they don't care this model I couldn't exchange . a replacement was double the price now.

I purchased this after a fair amount of research, and I was very excited at being confident that my kids' and my drinking water would be free of fluoride and PFAs, chemicals that can have a lifelong effect. I believe that ZeroWater delivered on that...kinda.

I could sugarcoat it, but basically everything about this filter is wrong:
* Water flows through unusably slowly: about 1 cup an hour. The 32 cup capacity is totally useless when it would take longer than a day to fill it.
* The filter is inside the receptacle tank (the part that holds the filtered water), so as water gets filtered, it will provide back-pressure against more water getting filtered.
* The upper reservoir (the part you pour your tap water into) only holds about 7 cups. If you buy this, you will be married to your filter, since to even try to keep it topped off, you'll have to fill it 4 times a day.
* If you want to put the whole thing in the fridge, it's shaped well for it, but it doesn't actually work: the valve tab on the spigot can easily be activated by the fridge door, resulting in a real mess, and there is no reasonable way to add water in-place since the fill port is on the top.
* The filter expires WAY too fast: I have a family of 3 and in order to have just 2 quarts of water per person per day, that's 1.5 gallons per day. Based on the user manual's table (which is very nice for them to have included), my tap water has an average TDS, resulting in an expected 40ish gallon lifespan. 40  gal/filter / 1.5 gal/day = 26.7 days expected lifespan - less than a month (and to Culligan's credit, remarkably accurate). On Walmart.com, each filter is about $13, so 365 days/year / 26.7 days/filter * $13/filter = $178 operating cost per year, for what the user manual says is average and for a less-than-average-sized household. Put another way, at $13/filter and 40 gallons/filter for average tap water, that's 32.5 cents per gallon. That's better than store-bought jugs, but nothing like good.

Save your money and get an under-sink purifier. Yearly cost will be better even for the nicer RO units, and you'll have as much water as you want.
