It was a lot easier to use. I like that the brush is straight. The color is natural, even though it’s black. And it did not wear off..  I didn’t mean it like that. There’s two people. I definitely recommend this mascara and it was under five dollars. And yes, I laid out today and tested this mascara

Don’t waste money on those more expensive mascaras.  I’ve tried just about each one of the covergirl mascaras and this is my favorite and go to.  Goes on well, doesn’t smudge when wet, and doesn’t weigh down the lashes.  I do have fairly long lashes naturally and this is perfect.  I put mascara on at least 4 days a week and a container of this lasts me at least a couple months. And that’s with two coats of mascara on.

Don’t waste money on others, get this one.

This mascara goes on smooth and without clumping. I love the brush! It’s petite so I don’t get mascara on my eyelids. Easy to remove with micellar water. 10/10

Awesome waterproof mascara option

Absolutely love this mascara! From the first swipe, my lashes looked longer, fuller, and perfectly defined without clumping. It goes on smoothly and builds beautifully, whether I want a natural daytime look or more drama. I was especially impressed with how lightweight it feels—no flaking or smudging throughout the day. It held up great for hours and still came off easily at night without damaging my lashes.

This mascara does a good job, a high end quality with a drugstore price and I would definitely recommend it to others also. I don’t used to wear mascara daily but when I tried this one, I instantly loved it! It goes on nice and smooth, it's not chunky at all, and it stays on my lashes and keeps them looking freshly curled, long and thick for long whole day, happy with my purchase.

The mascara is as described; it provides excellent coverage, lengthening, no clumping for perfect definition. 
Overall, I am very satisfied with the product; it a reliable option separating lashes well and lasting throughout the day excellent coverage, lengthening, no clumping, no flaking or smudging, for perfect definition.  The formula has no strong chemical smell, no eye irritation, and the mascara does not dry out quickly. 
I love the perfect shade of black; not overly dramatic, suitable for a natural clean everyday look.

Barely any flaking, held up well, wore to a wedding and it didn't even leak when I crued!! The appearance was good, I would recommend combing out your lashes! The length was insane and the volume was amazing

Good product

Bought this mascara and I was very excited to use it. I could not get it open at all. I even tried using my teeth, I tried asking someone else for help, I even tried pliers and couldn’t even open this bottle of mascara. How disappointing. I’m will be asking for a refund.

Couldn’t even open it

Thought I’d come back after several years and try it again, but to no avail. Lid cracked after a couple places and product dried up. You think after 12 years I’d get it right. Not even worth the money.

This was so awful on I didn’t even want to take a photo of it on. It didn’t add volume, length or lift or curl my eyelashes in any way shape or form. This felt like it should be in a dollar store. It didn’t coat well at all and I kept adding more and more coats, eventually gave up and went to my favorite mascara and it wouldn’t even fix it at all so I had to wash it off and start over. I will say it’s water proof but that’s the only thing about it. 
Maybe for a beginner like a preteen or something but this looks and feels cheap and the product is just all around low quality.

No, hard pass.
