Players stake their claim and protect their territory with the Blokus game! It takes less than a minute to learn, but offers endless strategy and fun challenges for the whole family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Blokus® Game has only one rule as stated clearly on the front of the box: your pieces must touch, but only at the corners.  Each player gets 21 different shaped pieces of red, yellow, blue, or green and takes turn places the pieces one at a time on the board. Starting point is at the corner and you continue with a turn until you can't place any more pieces on the board. When no one else can place a piece on the board, count the number of squares left on your remaining pieces. The player with the lowest number of squares wins! My daughter has learned some strategies to protect her area and embark on other players' areas.  She was ecstatic when she beat her competitive mother (me). My family loves this game.

This was a birthday gift for my little nephew in November this year he loves monster trucks, hot wheel cars anything a three year-old would love to play with Burdette age along with utter toys of course I wasn't able to take any pictures because at the time we gifted it up and we put it in a gift bag and sent it out for the party, but I do recommend this product. My son has similar ones but not the same set. The colors are very bright vibrant. I've seen him since opening them very quality I notice on some of these monster trucks not the hot wheels so far that the wheels come apart so if you do have a two year-old or three-year-old that's playing with these cars be aware that most of these monster trucks that the big wheels screw on and off when there's enough tension to the toy I'm not saying when they're driving it or holding in or going back-and-forth and it's when there's tension to one and you go the opposite way you could screw the wheels off and then one wheel will detach from the axle and the other will be attached to the axle and it pulls out could be dangerous as a small part for a two or three year-old being curious but that's not saying that these hot wheels will do that that is experience with some of the hot toys that we've encountered. I do recommend recommended because it's hot wheels but just be aware before you give them to your kids or by the time to open them up. They're great for display very sturdy and would recommend them.

The family I'm married into is ultra competitive. This was a gift for my oldest son and he, along with other family members, sat firmly at the table for about 45 minutes playing this in multiple rounds. My wife and her sister played each other and had a great time.

My kids 6-8-10 all enjoy this one and we have had lots of fun competition games to see who the true Blockus champ is! If looking to add to your family game night this game is it!

Super pretty and fun game for the whole family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a highly engaging puzzle game that is perfect for my nine and twelve year olds! Both of them don't have patience to learn complicated rules and this one is really easy to learn. The pieces are very tactile and feel durable. The game time for each round is pretty quick so they actually complete the game. It's a new favorite for play dates and long weekends. It's primary colors and easy enough for my mildly color blind son (who confuses purples and blues, red and brown) to play. 
It doesn't require any brilliant strategy - just a basic understanding of the rules and a touch of strategy.

Great family fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this game while playing with my grandchildren ages 8-14 we had a great time playing   The game is fun and educational in terms of using strategies in order to gain success. The pieces are  colorful, and sturdy, very well made. The object of the game was very easily understood. The only thing we would like is that the pieces fit more snug into the spaces so that the pieces didn't shift.

Fun and Enjoyable

Picture shows FIVE CARS. When received it was only one small car. If only one car is being sold for that price, then just show that one car. In current times, people are trying to bargain shop. Not getting fooled with false displays…

This game is a fantastic game, and it's at a great price, but upon receiving the game and finally playing it, we realized that pieces were missing and/or duplicate. This is definitely not a very strategical game when all the playing fields are different levels. Whatever machine or employees are making/ packaging this product need to be properly maintained. I'm probably going to be requesting a refund. The green piece is what we're missing for the red pieces, which unfortunately came with duplicate cubes. This messes with the rhythm of the entire game since all 4 colors are required to play regardless of number of participants.
