The ball comes with an exercise video, a small hand pump and instructions on how to inflate based on your weight and height.  There's a strip of material included to measure the circumference, but the strip doesn't have any markings. So, I ended up using a measuring tape. I tried using the small hand pump that came with the kit, but gave up after a few minutes and used the pump for the air bed. 

I don't like to exercise, so I use this mostly as a seat while I watch TV or to roll the tension out of my back and shoulders.

Good quality exercise ball. Easy to pump up initially. I have been using it for about 6 months and have not had to add air again yet. It fits me well for my purposes. I primarily use it for hamstring rollouts (and sometimes ab exercises) - I am 5'8" and female.

Good quality and good fit

Tone Fitness 65cm Antiburst Ball is exactly what I ordered. It was the right size, was easy to inflate with the hand pump it comes with (just took a little time), and came with a dvd. I haven't watched the dvd since I bought the ball with certain exercises already in mind.

It was a little confusing trying to make sure the ball was fully inflated, but not over inflated since the directions weren't very clear. I just looked it up online. Anyways, great price for a antiburst stability ball.

Great stability ball

I bought this ball not for exercise, but for my son. I home school and believe it or not he uses it to keep him focused. It works great for what we use it for. I have sat on it a few times myself and it is quite sturdy. I definitely need sturdy, because my son uses it for play when not doing school. You can imagine how rough and tough a 7 year old has been on it and it is still standing.

Great Balance ball

Excellent option for people 5'3" and shorter, and secure for the younger kids at home who want to claim your fitness ball for themselves. Was the right size for me for floor exercises where I lift the ball up with my feet, or to swing it around in my arms. Material is good quality, does not feel gummy and does not stink.

Very sturdy, does not lose air

This is a good, sturdy ball. It was sort of stuck together, but when I started pumping it up it straightened out. It is also easy to inflate. If you are going to use it for floor exercises, however, be sure you pay attention to the heights given in the descriptions. I got it to use for stability on exercises my PT is giving me and one for sitting or laying on would have been too big. This one is
perfect as I used the measurement of the ball I use at PT. It is a great ball, just read the description and get the right size for what you will use it for.

GOOD BALL

It is a ball, and you can do exercises with it. (simple stuff and hard to mess up) It comes with a dvd with a few extra exercises demonstrated that were not on the glossy paper leaflet that came with it. They were enough to get me started, the best info is on you tube. It also comes with an air pump. Works fine and easy and quick to fill. The ball is very firm, but seems to work fine, I am 5' and 3/4" tall and when the ball is fully inflated, my legs are not at the recommended 90 degrees when sitting, but not far off. I left it that way thinking it might relax or loose air--it did not, but I use it as is still. If you are on the borderline of going to the next size ball for your height, I'd get the bigger ball. I like pink real well, but seriously wish it was white or something. It seems a good value for the price.

It's a ball!

The blue ball only inflates to about 55 cm, far smaller than the 65cm advertised, and it feels like it could burst if inflated any further. The warranty is equally disappointing—just 30 days and only valid in the United States, not Canada. I recommend avoiding this product.

Fake Description - No Warranty

I purchased many of these balls for my son's class at school. They specifically needed balls that were 55 cm. These balls are tiny, they are NOT 55 cm. It was a big hassle because I had purchased a lot of them, and we had blown several up before we realized the size was wrong. The boxes said 55, but the balls were not.

The size is incorrect

Chiropractor recommended getting 55cm ball for stretching and balancing. Description of ball reads anti-burst so I assumed would be a solid choice. Filled to recommended capacity (tape included in box) and instructions say do not exceed that. What a joke, when I sit or balance on ball it goes halfway to the floor, hardly any resistance at all. Waste of money.
