Successfully cleans clothes in cold water.

This Purex Laundry Detergent cleans great in cold water.  I follow instructions for amount to use, which is not a lot thanks to the concentrated formula.  My clothes wash up fresh and clean.

We love Purex Laundry detergent.  We find  that you can use it on darks, whites, towels etc.  It is so versatile that we just buy that 1 brand and use it for everything.

I have used Purex detergent previously and was pleased with the product so when I noticed they had a detergent for cold water, I wanted to try it as I'm always looking for ways to use less energy.
Pyrex Cold Water did not disappoint. My clothes were clean and smelled fresh. I was impressed with the fact that they were as clean having been washed in cold water, as they would have been in warm. 
I highly recommend this product.  I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.

Fabulous Laundry Detergent

Purex4-in-1 laundry detergent is a basic laundry detergent. It does get clothes clean, but that's probably because we don't get really dirty. For the price, I think this laundry detergent does what it says it will.

Adequate Laundry Detergent

I buy Purex 4-in-1 liquid laundry detergent often. It is a great price compared to other brands, has a great smell and does a good job cleaning my clothes.

Correct but no more compared to those I use

I have not purchased standard liquid detergent for over 3 years due to ingredients and the thought that my skin may have reacted to one or more of the compounds. This Purex Liquid Laundry Detergent Coldwater mission was an opportunity for me to try one again and test it out. Sure enough, after doing only 2 loads with Purex Liquid Laundry Detergent Coldwater, my skin started to get irritated and develop small patches of the same sort of rash it had a few years back before I stopped using liquid detergents with similar ingredients.  There are at least a couple of ingredients in the detergent that really are not required for effective  cleaning, such as Liquitint Blue and Methylisothiazolinone, but are known to be harmful and agents that cause reactions.

I also had the most difficult time reading the fill lines in the cap. I am fortunate to have fill lines in the dispenser of my machine.

The smell was fine and very light once the clothes were laundered and everything seemed to be as clean as any other laundry detergent even though I used cold water to wash, however, after only two uses I will find someone to donate this to that doesn't react to chemicals - with a warning.

 I tried this product and received a full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion.
