Battery fits securely into the lawnmower.

Can be impressive, but also inconsistent.

Can be strong enough to start large engines, but may struggle with certain applications.

I bought the same battery 8 years ago and it finally gave up the ghost. Replaced it with the same battery because I was so happy with the reliability.

Long life, reliable battery

The Standard.  Takes a lot of amps to run a starter for a lawn tractor, and this one provides them.  If you store your mower outside, find a way to get it garaged for the Winter.  No battery sits for three months in freezing weather and survives.  I kept a solar charger on one for the Winter and it did not make it; had to replace in the following Summer.

Good Battery

I purchased this Ever-Start  Lawn Tractor Battery for my 18hp Craftsman Tractor.  Right off the shelf, it had plenty of power to start the engine, and the right post for hooking it up.  That makes for an easy installation.  The fact that it was inexpensive compared to other brands and is a good-looking battery makes it a nice deal.

it's a good battery but it just doesn't seem like it has to crank my last one had same cranking amps but just don't seem the same other than that it's better pretty good battery I got one already from them and it wasn't all that good but they seem like a pretty good battery and plus the returns are pretty easy. Hope that helped I would buy one again probably end up will still need one

The battery is about 1/4 to 1/3 inch larger than the battery it says it replaces which made if hard to get into the cradle. It's not a perfect fit but it works until I can take the cradle out and bend it into shape to hold this battery.

Size can be an issue

It is an excellent product aa an inexpensive lead acid start battery for a 10kw home backup propane powered generator. The generator complained it's battery was not charging, this battery it the same size but 1/3 the price of a dealer replacement battery. This battery has about the same life as the original.

The price started off at $35.00 online. But once you check the price increase to $45.00
I had the old battery. I should have got a core price for the old battery

The battery is awesome ! Fit like a glove, easy to install, crank power is awesome ! The reason for the 1 🌟 rating is i bought this battery online, and picked it up the next day. There is a $12.00 core charge that when i picked up the new battery,  l brought the old battery for my $12.00 core charge. I showed the cashier my recept on my phone. All she did was put the old battery in a pile of old batteries, and told me that i had to call 1-800-WALMART to get my core charge back !
