Bought these pillows because my other ones were ready to be replaced. I love sleeping in a thicker pillow and these do just that. They have stayed full and have not shrunk with the amount of times I've slept in them. Will recommend these.

I have a BNB and found the Serta pillows excellent. I do a complete change over between guests and my guests comment on my bedding. That's all I use

Worth the money

Great buy

The pillow was a little less that I expected.  Need two pillows to make the it comfortable.  Was glad I ordered 4 instead of just two.

Flat pillows

The seem on one end of both pillows wasn't closed properly. There's a hole in one of the seems. 
One pillow is quite lumpy for a brand new pillow. 
This is likely due to storage or delivery handling as I doubt this would be the case if purchased in store rather than online.

Lumpy

Worst pillow ever it's either a knock off of a Serta in a Serta bag or they make a special low quality pillow just for Walmart. Truly the worst pillow I've ever gotten not worth any money. Never mind the money I was charged for it. The dollar store has better pillows than this. It didn't necessarily go flat but the batting condensed and got hard in less than a week worst pillow ever. do not buy

Worst pillow ever,  probably counterfeit

This "won't go flat" pillow went flat faster than any other pillow I've ever owned. The Serta "cool nights" pillow is the best of this value line, it stays fluffier for at least a few months... Get that one instead.

Went flat FAST

Definitely does go flat, and quick! After about 2 weeks the seams were torn on both sides somehow with little use.  Very uncomfortable quick. Waste of time and money. The garbage bin got more use of this pillow than I did.

Disappointing

I like a lot of people have found that the pillow forms a large lump or conforms strangely, buying a new pillow after a month and honestly, I should have gotten rid of it a week after purchasing. Bad neck problem right now, always in pain when I get up and super stiff. Really liked the idea of a never go flat pillow but Serta dropped the ball here. Just get one of their other options they'll last longer.

Lumps in the pillow after first night!

I bought this pillow as I have neck pain. This pillow made it worst. It felt like I was sleeping on a marshmallow. There is no support
