I love this product and design so much. It was one of the first things I bought in 1995 when I was shopping in Jeddah. I bought it years ago, and I've loved it ever since.

Very convenient to receive. Good size to go to the fridge and the opening is large enough to put ice. I recommend

Great for liquids to be kept in the fridge. Please keep in mind the top lid is not airtight and it's just loosely in place

I received the pitcher without lid, how to recover the lid?

I specifically ordered the water jugs because it said it would arrive in 2days. After two days, I got a message saying they are on the move and will arrive a week later. I called Walmart to see if there was anything they could do, since a week later would be too late. They said no, nothing, sorry.. so not pleased at all, i just had to wait for water jugs that I needed for an event a week before they arrive. They didn't arrive a week later, but more like 2wks later. And one of the jugs was broken because of such poor packaging. No padding whatsoever! It's glass!

Bad customer service, packaging, and delivery

It leaks a few drops when I pour the water into glasses and try to keep. Also, the lid not tight enough. Yes, the lid should spin a bit, but it should not be spinning easily.
