The 12" carbon steel wok is great.  Though it came pre-seasoned, I seasoned it again before my first use.  Made some stir fried rice.  The result was amazing.  I have been using it for almost 10 days.  As I also use a lot of cast iron pans, I am familiar with the seasoning techniques.  The non-stick function is amazing.   I also have a 14" carbon steel wok from Cuisinart.  I really love using them for stir frying and for deep frying.  They are both great additions to my kitchen.

It's alright

Worst wok ever brought… I do have wok but when I went to camping forgot at home… so brought new one at Walmart… this wok not going to work if you are looking for a good one..

Not worth buying it

Disappointing

First of all I know Cuisinart is a pricey brand. I do have a couple of their products. So when I saw this at the price, I was suspicious. I mean, Cuisinart isn't cheap! I bought it and as planned took it home and inspected every inch because I just wasn't convinced. Lo and behold no Cuisinart brand anywhere. This wok has absolutely no info on it. It had the Cuisinart packaging but I am not at all convinced this is an item by them. It seems to me to be a generic wok and if I am right, my my, how disgusting our world is becoming.

CONVINCED THIS IS FAKE

Piece of junk.   First time we used it a big piece of the finish broke off.   We had to throw out the food as we had no idea the toxicity of what got into the food.  Yes, we used the soft utensils they recommend.

Don't Waste Your Money

Bought this at the end of December, used maybe 10 times. The handle is loose and wobbles, making messes every time you lift it. The non-stick has also started peeling. Save yourself the hassle and pay for a good one.

Falls apart

Considering Cuisinart is a trustworthy brand, this was unexpected for this wok to peel of real quick. I didn't use any abrasive cleaners or sponge to clean it even! It just peeled and worsened! Not good Cuisinart! Not good!

Non stick coat peeled off!

I have not used it yet. My review is based on the fact that this wok has no markings on it whatsoever so I am not convinced its a Cuisinart in spite of the fact that it has a Cuisinart packaging. I own their products.. They all have indication that they are by Cuisinart... Not convinced about this one... It seems generic to me and Cuisinart is usually pricey so for this price, it just doesn't genuine.

IS THIS REALLY CUISINART??
